Been over estimating my water bill for yrs, never was notified or sent anything about new meters being put on at least 3-4 yrs ago, now they've been here 3 times to put a new meter and keep telling me I need another new meter when they've put 3 on, water n sewer guys have been here 4-5×,according to them my meters fine, but since I'm single and live alone I'm not using as much as they usually minimally require, therefore my meters broken

,so, they will not adjust my bills or all the penalties they've applied for not wanting to pay incorrect bill
