Lovely people for the most part. Wonderful manager and the woman who served me inside helped me calm down after a customer was incredibly rude.

Whoever is at the front and her name starts with M shouldn't be doing customer service. She escalated the situation and had that "I don't care" tone when handling upset customers.
Shows she does not care when things go wrong or when customers are upset.
Won't take a star for one bad apple but I won't be going inside again.
