Sesame Grill

I’ve eaten at Sesame Grill in Steubenville a few different times, and I’ve always had a great experience! Service is always good, food is outstanding, and they give you very big portions. They didn’t have the actual hibachi tables open but we ordered off the menu and it was fabulous. I didn’t get it this time but typically we get sushi and it’s amazing as well. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for hibachi, sushi, and other Chinese food.

A small wait but the people are SUPER nice and are glad to make small talk while you wait. The food is also pretty good. Better than most Chinese places I've found in the area. It also has a nice vibe in it. It's not to bright and not to dark. Just lit enough to give you a nice vibe so good place for date and stuff too.. So I would highly recommend it. Great restaurant. Five stars.

Great hibachi I sometimes stop here when I got to go through Ohio for any reason. The parking lot can sometimes be hard to get out of by that's more of an issue with the location, no other complaints about this restaurant.

The response was very warm. I was shown my table . The lady who gave the menu expalined all the possible dishes since I being a vegeterian. The soup and salad were excellent. So was the main course.

Overall a very pleasing and satisfying experience.

Love this restaurant, the best Chinese Food I Steubenville ohio and the atmosphere fits the eating experience. I loved this place since I was a kid and it was China Gourmet. And Gourmet quality is correct. Moved back to the tri-state area can not wait to eat here again. Childhood favorite

Chicken with garlic (not too spicy) was so good. Packed with loads of tasty chicken and vegetables and perfectly seasoned. Excellent value. Very friendly staff.

We ordered the Volcano Roll, Ohio Roll, Yamamoto Roll, Combo Roll, and Crab Rangoons! Incredibly delicious. Very unique sushi rolls packed with flavor. Always friendly and fast service.

Absolutely delish! The calamari is yummy. The Christmas roll and the dream are the best around. Better than the highlands and st. Clairsville sushi places

Wow! Have been coming here for about 15 years. Has always been such great habachi. Haven’t been here for about 4 years however and it’s amazing to see that it still is so amazing. Great flavor. So many restaurants lowered their service and quality after Covid but it’s great to see this place is still going strong! Thank you sesame grill.

Edit: have continued coming here. Still so amazing. Their yum yum sauce is to die for. I need a bucket of it.

Excellent food. Staff adjusted very well to my needs. Already ate a ton of my food. Nice show. Minimum wait times. This is how all Chinese food should be.

We've lived in steubenville for a few years now and have been going to martins ferry to get Hibachi food cause we didn't know they served it here! The other day, I was looking through menus and saw they serve it! I was super excited and even more happier with how it tasted!! It was AMAZING! 🌻🧡

Food was very good. I tried a sushiroll whoch was very good 8/10. I ordered alsp the general tsos. Very good an crunhlchy sweet but little spicy. Rice quality was meh. It had lumps so sign that it was old rice 0/10.
Friends got noodles with shrimp and it had good taste 7/10. Server was very nice and helpful.

Many, many years ago as a college student I had come here as someone new to Chinese food. Even today, I hold this restaurant's orange chicken as my standard of how it should taste. I'm glad to see it still tastes amazing!
I love the booth alcoves which give a measure of privacy to a small group.
Our waitress was friendly and had a great smile. She was good to my kid and made sure she felt welcome.
If I have one small complaint, it's that the fried rice lacked flavor. But everything else was good.
This is a great place for dining in with a small group or as a couple.

Consistently good food. I love their house special lo mein and sushi rolls.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere! The cook was funny and everyone at the table was super satisfied and the serving sizes were significant!

The food is always great and service is wonderful. We love that there are both Chinese and Japanese options on the menu so everyone in the family can get what they like. I go for the sushi every time. The Christmas Roll is the best. I also like the Mango Roll.

Honestly love it here I've gone 2 times with my partner for a little date and it's really the ideal place to eat for a date because it's quiet and makes you feel like it's just the two of you. The food is also really good. 10/10 recommended and we'll be eating there again
