Guitar Center

All the guitars were amazing. Everything there was nice, but what really stood out were the staff. They were indescribably helpful, and they went out of their way to help me. They showed me softwares, audio interfaces, and more. And since it was my birthday, they let me pick out a sticker for free. I got a nice fender sticker. I really enjoyed my experience here, if you ever need anything music related, do not hesitate to come to this store.

Doug is amazing. We've been able to order a banjo and electric guitar for my daughter. Both purchases were quick and easy. Plus, Doug can really shred a guitar. :)

Doug is the man! He helped me find the perfect guitar and was more than happy to assist me every step of the way. From setting up the guitar, to installing accessories, and recommending an amp that would work well for my needs, he was very knowledgeable and professional through it all.

I've personally never had a bad experience at this store. The staff almost always go above and beyond in terms of helpfulness. They got a wide variety of different instruments and what not there. Love this place

No change a few years later. Was there about 30 minutes, nobody acknowledged me there. Another customer cave up to me and asked where is the desk people? He was waiting 20 minutes to check out. They were not that busy. This is totally unacceptable. Once again I had substantial money to spend and GC lost out to(thankfully) to Sweetwater who really treats their customers like royalty. They were swamped when I went and I was approached several times by employees to meet my needs. No wonder GC is in such financial issues. No chances of me returning to this Store anytime soon.

Every time we go here the customer service is top notch. Doug is awesome and super knowledgeable. Biff has worked on and cleaned up my son’s bass guitar. My son also takes bass lessons here and he loves it!! I could go on and on but I’ll just say I couldn’t be happier to do business with this store and its people.

I went to guitar center for the first time as a lover of music and I thought this place was perfect for anyone interested in music. The electric guitars on the wall are beautiful. You can even play them, also you can play the pianos and keyboards they have as well. It is a big place for a musical lovers dream. 10/10.

Love this place the service was wonderful and i was getting stuff for my bass and im new to playing and they actually got me starting stuff and not trying to give me the biggest amp in the store.

Went there with a broken tuning mechanism on my guitar and Biff fixed it a day later along with putting in a new 9V battery and fixing the back plate by inserting some extra screws as a free bonus. Great place and customer service

Best place for musicians to browse in the Rockford area! You can even try out guitars!! I tried some Martin and Taylor acoustic guitars!
Ask for Tom, experienced guitar player and salesman!

I was greeted quickly and the staff helped me locate everything I needed. Prices are very reasonable. They also have classes to learn how to play various instruments.

Received as usual highly-exemplary customer service, today, from an employee at the store, who took my call while I was on the way to the store, and from a description of what I wanted he delivered the perfect product that was ready for purchase within the 10 minutes of me arriving to the store. Product is exactly what I was looking for and is working great. Another employment achievement award here. You guys are the best.

Well I got to say Doug is a good guy and works hard. He really tries to put a personal connection in any time I come in, and when I make a purchase, he always calls to check in. I appreciate his quality of service. See ya soon, Doug!

Treated as a rock star

Service on my instrument went way past anything I got from the other guitar store in town , ( the one that is completely handicapped inaccessible )

Customer service rep gave me very good prices on fender jaguar and case

I called Guitar Center to see if they had what i needed for my yard haunt and at first he said they didn't have it then luis checked the inventory and shure enough they had two very awesome it's going to work just fine!

Doug was incredibly helpful. The store was busy and he was being paged and called everywhere. He still took the time to show my mom exactly what she needed for her at-home karaoke setup. He even drew us a diagram as far as what to hook up where. Excellent customer service.

We went in got the help we needed right away and went on about our business. Great customer service Shout out to Brandon for the over the phone help so it was in and out. Just the way I like it. Non stressful.. Yes I would recommend this store for all your music equipment you need..My son loved this place.
