They have a great and friendly staff.

Sometimes they can mess up your order so check it over before driving away with online orders.

My wife loves this place, all the Kohls cash and % off coupons. She also found a mistake on one of their digital displays that claimed the wrong item and the wrong price, we were very thankful that the manager took care of my wife's problems. My sincere apologies go out to the family of 3 that were behind us in line, they only had one item ☹ . My wife asked the cashier to suspend her order to be able to help other customers but he claimed he couldn't do it and that this would be his last transaction today because he was going home.

The store is well stocked and pleasant to visit.

I pray that everyone would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior 🙏

My visit at Kohls is always a pleasant experience. They get you through the lines quickly and greet you with a smile.
If I'm browsing they will ask if I need help with anything.

The sales person at Customer Service went above and beyond to help me order sheets for my granddaughter AND she also helped use my coupon. She was very patient and kind. She deserves a raise.

If you're lucky enough to have JANET as your cashier, get ready for superb service. She is patient and kind. She was very helpful teaching me to navigate the app. I really liked and appreciated her. JANET JANET JANET

There were plenty of people to great us and help us with check out. There were enough Checkers that the lines weren't extremely long. The store was very tidy and ready for Christmas shopping. Two employees called out to us on the way out of the store that we should have a great evening.

Antonid was great at checkout. Our Kohls card had not been used for awhile and our acct was closed. She was excellent at reestablishing our acct and granting the discounts we expected. She was so knowledgeable and helpful plus friendly. Best clerk we have had in months.

Kohls at Forest Plaza is becoming my go to store for clothing and gifts! There are reps (my terminology) on the floor that answers questions with a pleasant and professional attitude! Of course they have self check out BUT their rep, Jannette, provided courteous help to ensure I get through the multiple screens that totally confused me!! She always knew where I was in those screens as she was helping multiple customers. Jannette reminded me to deactivate any items that had a buzzer in it! I got several items at a great sales price. Kohl’s is bringing me back into the store to shop!!

We enjoy shopping at the East State street location because of the friendly staffing and the clean facillity. Lots of new things to buy for the home as well as great clothing.

Amazing workers helped me replace my YSL perfume in which I ordered online then it came broken. So grateful for them. The replacement Birthday gift to my brothers spouse brought tears.

I love Kohl's, but I do find much better deals online than if I go to the store itself. It's very neat and clean. I had a return and they bent over backwards to help me.

Kohl's is ready for this busy holiday shopping season with plenty of helpful employees to assist you in finding things and getting you through the check-out fast. Prices are great, as always.

Best experience I had shopping in a long time everybody was so helpful and everything that I came for I was able to get plus ended up buying a new coat I was in and out less than 30 minutes definitely will be going back

The Rockford Kohl's is the best Kohl's I have ever been too! Very friendly workers and also a very clean well organized store!
