The Gentle Family Dental office is wonderful. Friendly receptionists that make you feel like family. Always try to accommodate your appointments with work
schedules. Also answer any billing / insurance concerns up front. No surprises !!
I have had the pleasure of having both office hygienist clean my teeth. I never have any pain or soreness after. Dr. Alkassir takes his time in getting you numb. I have had root canals. ,posts, crowns,and several fillings.
I would and do recommend this office to anyone with or without children. They have a great well lit playroom with tv. The office also offers water, and coffee.

I established myself as a patient here this year after not having the best experience at another local dentist. Will say it's been a pleasant change of pace being treated like a person and not just another obligation. I've had cleaning and various fillings done at this point, and for both appointments I've been treated extremely well. The doctor checked in to make sure I was comfortable the entire procedure, Liz was personable and kept it lighthearted. The lavender towel to wipe off my face was a nice touch! Will happily continue coming here for all my routine dental needs.

From the first phone call to make an appointment until I left....
Everyone was very professional upbeat and kind.
Even when I couldn't find my insurance information.
I had an initial exam and consultation for extractions and replacement teeth.
I appreciated having all options and information up front.

I had a very good experience with the staff here. They're very friendly and explain things well. The dentist took his time with us and made sure we understood everything. He also explained options and procedures straight to the point but gently.

The staff is absolutely amazing! From the front desk staff RayAnn and Liz and Diana to Dr. K!!!! RayAnn made it so easy to schedule and she's the easiest to talk to. The doctor took his time and even offered me to stay for my appointment that I had scheduled a few days out. This was one of the best experiences we've had! Thank you to all staff!

We always have great experiences visiting Gentle Family Dentistry. Dr. Alkassir and the rest of the staff are all amazing. Everyone is friendly and they do a great job in making my kids and I feel comfortable at each visit!

At first I was very skeptical about getting a new crown. I didn't know jow it was going to turn out .but after the end results. I must say that I'm super happy with my new crown. thanks to all the stuff they did super job.! special thanks to Diana.!! she's always super nice and very professional at her job. and she also speaks my language I will definitely be recommending all my friends to you guy's..! thanks very much...!!

Went to Gentle Family for an emergency appointment. Easy to deal with from start to finish from the ladies on the front desk to the assistant to the dentist. Quick diagnosis and listened to all my concerns before arranging treatment. Hope to keep this as my dentist after my emergency treatment.

Place was very welcoming. Hygienist did a great job making sure I was comfortable and provided great care. I definitely recommend!

I’ve only ever had great experiences here! I called earlier to say to see if they could somehow fit me in for a cleaning this week. I’m getting married in 5 days and totally spaced on making an appointment. They worked immediately to get me in the same day! I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and my smile!

I am terrified of dentist! Everyone here is so welcoming, and they take you being scared into account. The dentist, is the first and only dentist to make me feel comfortable. I had 2 teeth pulled, didn't even feel it! They are amazing here, I definitely be making him my new permanent dentist! Thank you so much for helping me!!!!!

Today was my first time at Gentle Family Dentistry and ALL of the staff is truly amazing. They worked so well with me, fit me in to get my fillings, were so flexible with me, and very gentle during procedures. The Doctor talked with me through my fillings to make sure I was comfortable. I came to Gentle Family Dentistry for a second opinion. I had seen a different provider previously but I did not feel comfortable with my treatment or their sales tactics. After my exam here I felt much more confident in my treatment plan. They take their time, explain everything, answer your questions and make sure you are comfortable.

I had a fall that led to my 2 front teeth to discolor. I have a fear of dentists and pain. Dr. K made sure I felt no pain when he prepped me for seven crowns and then inserted the permanent ones. He and his staff have given me the smile I always wanted and appreciate them very much.

Just wrapped up a visit with my favorite dental hygienist of all time, Lori!!! I’ve been frequenting her care for almost 5 years. Sole reason I drive from Chicago O’hare area. Thanks again Lori for your attention to detail and thorough cleanings!

All I can say is, WOW!!!! The professionalism, and courtesy. Highly recommend them. And my hats off to everyone hear for putting ip with me. I can be difficult but, I will always give kudos when deserved. These guys are AWESOME!!!!
