West Chicago Avenue Branch, Chicago Public Library

Thank you! I accidentally attempted to book a meeting room when I needed a study room. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to me. They helped me to have a quite place to get some work done despite my error. I really appreciated the team there today.

They are great I went there got things done super quick and easy they are up to date 📅 with everything you can use the computer 🖥 or your 📱 to 🖨 papers and you can download a app to print as well im super impressed I haven't been there since 2006!!!!!

Great Customer Service at THIS branch and, first hand experience; lost a flash drive here and the workers went ABOVE AND BEYOND to see to it that I got it back and in the same condition it was in when I left it there, accidentally...GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

I'm hoping and praying that security is a lot better in the West Chicago Library than what I've experienced in the Oak Park Library and the Harold Washington Library.
Patrons should never feel threatened while concentrating on assignments or simply reading a book. I can appreciate structure!.

I went there this morning to make copies. Everyone there was so pleasant especially the security guard, she helped me scan and make copies. I truly appreciated that.

The staff is amazing especially all the librarians they work hard to ensure the patrons are all treated fairly

Overall professional and helpful, which was surprising but delightful. Librarians cannot help the characters that prevail, but did well.

Since the pandemic changed the way we do everything,the library system has changed it's operation methods, and it works just fine for me.
