In the before time, I was training incorrectly on my own, not seeing the results I wanted. PSX has helped me break past my stagnant, plateau-barriers in addition to helping me make new friends. Not only are all the coaches extremely knowledgeable of form, health, etc. but, they are all fantastic people. Nick is a sarcastic goofball, Phil is laidback & humorous, while Katy unknowingly inspires many. I started PSX in December of 2018 and training has not been the same since.

I highly encourage everyone to try a PSX class.

Cross discipline group fitness. Combines weight lifting (deadlifts, squats, clean, jerk & snatch lifts), gymnastics (pull ups, muscles ups, handstands, etc.), cardio (bike, row, run) & plyometric exercises (box jumps, push ups, sit ups, etc). The coaches are mostly CrossFit L2 & L1 certified. The equipment is in excellent shape. The facility is very clean. Classes are for everyone and anyone. M-TF5:15am, 6:15, 7:30, 8:30, 3:30, 4:30 & 5:30pm*. Sat- 7:00, 8:00, 9:00am. Sun - 9:00am. $25 drop in.
