We had our 1,000 gallon septic tank pumped and the filter cleaned. They were able to come next day. The timing was great. It was a little more than I was hoping to pay at $575, but I guess prices have risen with inflation. The workers that came were very kind, professional, and efficient. They called to give a 30 minute lead time. The job only took about 30 minutes.

Prompt response time--just under 90 minutes from my call. Paul was very professional, replaced the guts of my shower faucet, which resolved the water gushing from the spigot (for almost 12 hours!). Very pleased with the service. Would definitely call on them again!

Hands down the team that came to our rescue did a fantastic job. What we thought was something simple became quite an ordeal but we could not have asked for a more professional group of guys that aided in fixing our problem. They went above and beyond everything that they could possibly do to fix unforeseen issues. From the moment the first guy showed up until the last guy left the following day it was nothing but a good experience considering that they had to be called in the first place lol. The Roto-Rooter guys were great, came out on Sunday night to get the place semi-livable again by clearing a blockage in the sewer line.
I would give you a five guys but your investigation of the drain system in this house revealed some rather disturbing issues that will require extensive repair. (just kidding on the rating I went back up and gave you a five)
These guys got out here as soon as they could, got us stabilized and provided some very good information I may need in the near future when it comes to who pays for most of what needs to be done to make things right. We were there 9th call that day and they had to go back another 20 miles to another call when they left here at around 6:30pm.

Very professional and knowledgeable, but still casual and easy to talk to. He located the septic tank (camera in vent stack & metal detector) and verified the need to empty it. It was a little pricey but he was clear about options and costs.

We have a historic home and were having problems with the kitchen sink backing up. The technician arrived as promised and determined that we would have to replace all the plumbing in the kitchen. He arrived promptly the next morning and had us fixed up by noon. The technicians were extremely courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They explained the cost involved and we though it was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

When they came out 10 years ago, they did a wonderful job. I called today and she would give me no price at all. I called Estes and they came up with a ballpark, so I'm going with them.

I had a toilet that would not flush. Scheduling was fast. Shane B. showed up in about 30 minutes. He was very nice and helpful. He listened to my problem and troubleshot the problem in about 5 minutes. He cleaned the filter in our septic tank and even put the grass back where he dug in perfect condition. He is a great plumber to have on your team!

Called with a leak and Roto rooter arrived within an hour and a half. The men were courteous and explained what had happened and gave me an upfront quote. They worked quickly and answered all my questions. I would definitely use them again.

I called the Athens office yesterday which was Mother's Day on a Sunday. They were so very friendly and said a technician would call me soon. Within 5 minutes, he called and we told him our problem. He asked us what we wanted and said, let me go empty the tank and I will be right out. But we told him no rush and it could wait til in the morning. First thing Monday morning, I got the call to see if they could come out. I said yes you can. So I called Kerry and set the time up. At 9:30 Jarron and his team was out here. They were so professional and friendly and told me exactly what needed to be done. When there were extra things that needed to be done, they knocked on the door and told me and asked me if I wanted it done. They recommended things to me and talked to me like we were good friends for years. They were honest and professional. I would highly recommend this company and this group of men to anyone. Shane was the service tech. He was on time, helpful, respectful, and a nice person. He had the problem solved within minutes. He did not leave untill we knew the problem was resolved. Would call them again if need be.

Robert was great. I have an older home, and there are quite a few issues with the old pipes. Roto Rooter came out the same day we called, and Robert walked us through an unexpected problem quickly. The price was competitive and the service was quick. Would recommend to anyone in the Athens area.

Overall happy with the work. Tech was courteous. He got the clog cleared in the sewer line in less than an hour. It did take some time after the initial contact with firm (~6 hours) for a technician to arrive.

Ryan from the Huntsville office came out to install a new water heater. He had actually repaired the toilet and installed a new one on a previous service call. This is a 30 years old fixer-upper house that we were repairing and updating. It had a few issues but they were dealt with professionally and quickly. The service call was schedule between 8am-noon, and the wonderfully pleasant dispatcher, Carrie, called to let us know that Ryan was on his way. As with the other service, Ryan knew exactly what he was doing, did it quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the area, and explained certain things about the water heater. Class One outfit. So glad it is in our area. Thanks Roto Rooter and your excellent staff.

We got home from vacation and had a leak under our bathroom sink, so we called Roto Rooter. They were able to fit us in quickly, and solved the problem that day. While the plumber was at our house, we asked about changing our toilets out. He answered all of our questions and we ended up doing that in the same day. Very polite and professional and will definitely do business with them again :)

I am Deborah, Anthony's wife, my husband is in the rehab center for 3 more days. We needed new toilet installed because the old one leaked. Friendly, did job correctly and explained their warranty and gave me their business cards. Extremely grateful ans satisfied.

I had a major drainage problem involving my main drain. It affected my both bathrooms and kitchen(a real nasty problem). The service man(Paul Woodall) arrived promptly and worked several hours to fix the problem. He then cleaned the tubs out and was very courteous. I am very pleased with both the work and the polite attitude of the service man.
