The Goosehead agents are some of the best. They put the needs of the clients first. We worked with Sara and she shopped around and found us outstanding coverage that fit our unique needs. We ended up paying less than our previous insurance company, and I attribute that to Sara's ability to find great coverage. I have been using the Phaup Agency of Goosehead Insurance for roughly 4 years now. I was recommended to Collin via a mutual friend that also used him for his insurance. Originally obtained a homeowners insurance policy for a house purchase through him and was very satisfied for that transaction, about 6 months ago I was then easily able to get a great rate and full coverage insurance on my vehicle as my previous insurance was presenting issues to me so I decided to change. This allowed me to get everything under one and when I have questions I only have to reach out to him to ask questions instead of going through a phone queue.

I have since added a second vehicle and he was able to break down the costs, coverage, and compare everything to get me the best coverage and value for the second vehicle. The best part is that I am usually able to do everything through email so that I am able to ask follow up questions and see everything broken down before changing or adding coverage instead of going through the phone. I have never felt pressured to purchase coverage or sign into something I didn't want to as he explains everything and his recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
