Quick service and so friendly! Lattes both hot and iced were awesome!

First of all ... SO cute! Most importantly ... the coffee. It is absolutely delicious. I love that they have a large size, but it still tastes like coffee along with the flavors added. I had her Creme Brulee Latte. Yum. She even gave us each a donut, because she was going to throw them out when she closed shortly after. Wish we lived close enough to go again, but I'm so happy we found it on our trip through. Highly recommend. 🩷🩷🩷

This is my absolute favorite place in the area to get a latte, espresso or even a smoothie. The menu has variety and they serve up a quality product every time! They're friendly, have excellent service and they're open several hours/day too. I've just moved to this area and I'm looking forward to this place being my go-to for yummy hot/cold drinks. Lastly, my personal preference is for my hot drinks to be HOT. If you ask for a hot drink here it'll be hot - not lukewarm. It really does make all the difference!

Carley is the best barista in town. She is friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She also somehow remembers my family's drink favorites season to season. She is definitely part of their brand now. You should get your coffee and natural caffeine drink choices here not because they are affordable. But you are buying from someone who feels like family and friends.

Saw the cute pink food truck on our way home from a family vacation! We quickly decided to stop and try it! We got two summer special drinks, one was the iced lavender honey latte and the other was a red velvet mocha iced coffee. Both were absolutely fantastic! Wish we could’ve tried a lotus drink too! Definitely impressed! My only complaint is it’s 3 hours away from home! Would definitely try again next time I’m driving through!

The coffee and lotus drinks here are amazing, and the staff is always so friendly. Great local place, and a must stop if in Pittsfield.

This place is the bomb!! Never had a bad coffee or pastry from there that I didn't devour in two bites! Their espresso machine is set at a little lower temperature so you're never gonna get a burnt taste from their coffee beans. Plus all the women that work there are absolutely delightful and kind, the owner is the exact same! I will always support small, local businesses... especially this one!

Their Mocha Carmel with almond milk iced coffee with whipped topping is the best! Always great service, with a short conversation and smile!

Best coffee in Pittsfield! Seriously, don't go anywhere else! We happened upon Pink Sugar after making a stop on our way home from an out of town trip.
Iced Red Velvet White Mocha was perfectly made, which as anyone knows, an off first taste can ruin the whole experience. Quaint standalone (drive thru available) shop just off the main road with warm and personable staff.

Love it! Best fancy coffee and lotus drinks in town! The pecan danishes are amazing! Melt in your mouth. Friendly staff, makes everyone feel welcome.

I got lucky on the road when I seen the little pink shop that said coffee. The woman behind counter was great and so was her coffee. I could see this place having a better set up one day and grow. Will definitely come back again next time in in that town

Every time I visit I’m greeted by the friendliest staff. My drinks are always fresh and delicious. I love being able to buy gift cards and earn free drinks with the loyalty system. This is the only place I go for my drinks in Pike County!

The new young lady I think was a little overwhelmed with the line of cars behind me. I had to wait a little because of cars in front of me but the line kept moving. I told her it’s ok and just breathe. Coffee was delicious.
