I do recommend working with Melissa. Melissa has been so responsive, understanding, and helpful. I live far but she has made it a point to answer my questions or at least let me know when she could get the answer to my question to me. For someone how I haven't met in person I feel that she still watches out for me and helps me as personally & reliably.
