Just bought our second set from Ferguson’s in Wintersville. Taryn was super amazing during our interaction. Very personable and easy to converse with. I didn’t feel like products were pushed on me, like typical sales interactions. Excited to receive our new furniture set!

I recently bought a sectional from Ferguson, and my sales associate was Daren Baldwin. I can admit I can be a pain but he was so caring and made sure I had all of his attention. We have been downsizing our furnishings since our last child moved out. We stopped at Ferguson's in Wintersville to purchase two dining chairs to replace a large kitchen bench until we could find the dining set we wanted.
Taryn, our sales person, was very helpful. As we searched for a couple of temporary chairs, we saw a dining set that met our new, smaller needs.
Then we found another, and still another. Taryn was exceptionally patient as we moved back and forth between the three sets before finally deciding on the "one".
We have purchased from Ferguson's before, and will do so again as we continue to replace our aging furniture and downsize to fit our empty nest lifestyle.
When we go back, we hope to deal with Taryn again. She's a wonderful sales person with a very pleasant, helpful personality.
