After working with Fabian last year on a small gutter project, I felt very comfortable getting in touch with him this year to put on a new roof after damage from last year's March storm. Fabian did a great job of answering all my questions and I had many. He was very patient and very helpful in making sure I understood everything from beginning to end of the Insurance, roofing, gutter, and gutter guard process. I am very pleased with everything and my roof looks great.Thank you Fabian and thank you to the many people who did the intense work of making my house look amazing.

Fabian was very Excellent and working with after the first Measure there was a mistake found and Fabian, took it upon himself to correct it immediately on the spot and adjusted the price for it. Very nice gentleman and excellent salesman. I worked with Brian and Melissa to get a new roof on my home after an insurance professional noticed extreme wear. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in the Rockford area. The quote was prompt, scheduled the work in 2 weeks and the job was done in one day even though they had to make a trip to hardware store to replace my antenna.

Through the fault of a dishonest contractor who failed to squeeze more money out of my insurance job, I almost ran out of time for completion as specified by my insurance company.
Fabian immediately scheduled my job. His crew, led by José, showed up with 7 people at 7:00 AM. They worked non-stop until 11 PM, then worked the next day until 10 PM. They completed a two week job in just two days. They were not only fast, but extremely professional. The job was perfect, and they saved me from the loss of insurance proceeds.
I felt that Fabian and his crew cared about my problem and rather than attempting to charge more, they met my insurance budget for the job.

Top Notch replaced the siding on our home and Fabian was a pleasure to work with. He guided us in choosing what looked the best and helped my wife make her adjustments. He had his workers take care of my many plants and they cleaned the place up. We had a small issue that he promptly took care of and he worked with my insurance company for the best settlement. Fabian provided a good value at a fair price. If I had to do it all over again I would do it with Fabian's guidance.

We first met Fabian at Top Notch Roofing during the Summer of 2022 when he came out to give us an estimate on replacing the siding on our house and detached garage. He was very thorough and explained everything to us. We were so happy with the work and his availability when we had questions that we used him again this Spring (2023) when we needed a new roof due to hail damage.
