Had a chocolate milk spill and Lone Star was able to come out to me the next morning. Good communication, arrived within the estimated time frame and a competitive reasonable price. The tech was nice and let me know to give them a call back once it was dry if there was any problems. Great company all the way around from initial call to the work performed! We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

At 4:30 AM, We had a dog sprayed by a skunk and came indoors and proceeded to rub her nose on the carpet.. We called Lonestar and they were on the scene within a few hours and treated and cleaned all of our carpets.. Excellent service and reasonable price! We really appreciate them for rearranging their schedule to address our emergency! 5 ⭐

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Lone Star. We are putting our house on the market and I wanted to have it spotless for the future owners - George did not disappoint! Hands down THE BEST!

Lone Star did a great job for us. We purchased a home that had been empty for a year and the carpets were unfortunately stained with dog urine. The carpets looked spotless and the entire house smelled so much better by the end of the cleaning. I was expecting to have to replace the carpet, but with the results from Lone Star I am happy to keep it. They were also very responsive and were willing to come out on a Saturday when I asked. Highly recommend!

George and his crew came in and cleaned our carpet, area rugs, and tile floor. They did a fabulous job. My husband wanted to replace our tile floor, and after George got through steam cleaning it the floor looks like new. On time and reasonably priced too.

George at Lone Star did an amazing job cleaning our carpet and removing numerous pet stains. The sanitizer he used truly neutralized the odor, as our dog has not returned to those areas. Great job at a great price!!

I called Lone Star Carpet cleaning at 9 am on a Wednesday. The owner, George, called me back within 30 minutes to answer my questions and give me a quote. Troy, the technician was able to come the very next day. He arrived on time and did a great job steam cleaning and deodorizing 3 bedrooms and the living room. I will definitely call Lone Star again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I had them come out for a thorough cleaning a few weeks back. It was awesome. Today, he came to save my rug from a tomato soup spill. He got it out. A true miracle worker!

George and team were amazing! My white sofa had been destroyed by pet hair and dirt. He worked magic and made it look and smell like new. I had almost zero hope in getting it back and he really came through. He was honest and upfront about what could and couldn't be fixed and what to expect in a finished product. Price was also very reasonable for effort.

Responded in a timely manner, and was able to fit us on the schedule for the same week. Professional and respectful of our space that needed cleaned. Quickly done and before you know it there gone and your left with clean smelling carpets.
