Dr james is very kind and polite. He answers all my questions and has a very positive attitude. The nurses has been just as nice also. The young lady who drew my blood did not hurt me and only had to stick me one time. i am very pleased with buffalo family practice.

I took my daughter to Buffalo Family Practice today. This was our first visit and I was very pleased with our experience. The staff was friendly and we were assisted in a timely manner. Dr. Julie Pickens was kind and helpful and the care she provided was satisfactory in every way. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a place that offers friendly service and thorough care.

In my experience, Julie is very knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients and it shows. She takes the time to let you speak and does not rush you. She is very kind, professional and always has a smile on her face.

Dr. James Pickens has the best bedside manner I have seen in a long time. He actually listens to your concerns and does his best to treat you with them in mind.

James is considerate, patient and knowledgeable. He's our "go to doctor".

This is our clinic. I have seen both James and Julie, a few times even as walk-ins when needed. My kids are also patients. We always get in fast, get the tests and lab work we need done, and the prescriptions we need are called in pretty fast as well. The staff is great, always friendly, and it is always clean. I refer anyone local to them as well we have so few close clinics out here. Save the gas and keep it local, we are blessed to have them out here for us all.

Perfect small town clinic for adults and children. My son has ASD and they do a great job accommodating his special needs. I’ve never had any trouble scheduling an appointment in a timely manner. Their business & weekend hours are very convenient for working parents.

My husband was seen quickly. Mr. James assessed the problem and decided on the next step for treatment. That was also completed quickly. Everyone was friendly. It is a very nice clean building with a good atmosphere.
