I am & will always rate at 5+ & then some . Your customer service is impeccable. You do such a great job I just wish you were able to keep Limburger Cheese in stock all the time. I bought the whole case last time & I'll buy case at a time every time you have it. THANK YOU

The only store in Jarrell, but it's not out of line on their pricing, and the employees are local and friendly.

Gonna miss the lunch options here. We are moving our business from Jarrell. Good food at good prices.

I find myself passing through Jarrell Texas on my way to Boerne Texas and being just a little bit hungry. I remembered how much I like Brookeshire brothers fried chicken and found this location.

I am not disappointing! The chicken is awesome in the service I received from the manager of the delicatessen, Bryce, was what you hope to find these days.

He is a very accommodating young man with a passion for his job. And his passion shows with his desire to satisfy this customer. I don’t know if he’s up for a raise but if I were the manager that young man we get a nice promotion. Well done sir!

I grew up in another small town where Brookshire's was the only store for miles long before moving to the "big city" in a few other states. Now that I've moved back to a small town, going to this Brookshire's has to be the best, hands down. With the exception of a few things we venture into Georgetown for, we find all of our grocery shopping needs here.

The staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming, I feel like I am home when I shop here - which is fantastic for a new resident to the area. The produce that I have seen is phenomenal, especially compared to other small town grocers, and the selection of meats is always fantastic.

When you first walk into the store you get to see the bakery and all the sweets and eats that you can think of. Then a huge variety of vegetables and fruits! The meats are plentiful! Prices can vary though from a little overpriced to just perfect, but it is a small town so it’s to be excepted. They have a huge selection of frozen foods and beer. They even have shampoo and little things that one might need for daily things! The people who work here are always friendly, so recommend coming here for anything!

This is a fine store badly needed in the Jarrell area. The store is super clean, almost sterile. The shelves are always stocked and have a good variety. They have a decent selection of beer and wine, but no liquor. If you go during lunch they have fresh made to order food available. They also have a Pharmacy with a very personable pharmacist. All in this is a very good grocery store. The only thing truly missing is they don't offer much of a selection of organic products.

I want to throw a shout out to Darryl and the team back in the butcher shop. I needed Chile meat and asked. With in a few min I had Chile meat that wasn't on the shelf fresh and ready. Saved me a trip to Georgetown. It's the little details like this that make it worth shopping here daily. I also want to mention the rest of the staff here on New Year's Eve working with every register open I appreciate all of you.

A great place to shop. I like the Food Club products as opposed to the name brand products.
I drive from Liberty Hill, TX to Jarrell, TX just to shop at BB.
The staff are very helpful and polite as well as professional. My 9 year old autistic son is fond of one of the lady cashiers and he looks forward to going to BB.
The only thing negative I can mention is the parking.
When I use a cart to take me groceries to my pick-up, I have to position the cart on the back wheel that’s facing east. To move the cart to the west most side of my truck, the cart rolls toward the street. This is because the parking lot inclines toward the west.
I had to chase my cart once and at 65 years of age, I not good at foot races. Lol.
I’ll keep coming back regardless of the uneven parking lot.

We love Brookshire Brothers, and here’s why: they took care of us during the “lockdowns” when everyone was going crazy buying up unnecessary items, and the big stores were a nightmare or lacking stock, Brookshire had most everything we needed. Yes their prices are slightly higher...but we’ll worth it when you consider driving to, and dealing with the hassle of bigger stores. If you ask me, HEB wows you with selection but their prices are comparable to BB. My local store in Jarrell is one of the best, always beautifully merchandised, clean, nice customer service, we just love it. For those of you who are not aware or ignorant, grocery stores in general have razor thin margins, let alone a local grocer who has to be very careful what they stock, you wouldn’t know it by the looks of BB, they do an excellent job of keeping locals happy ( at least our family) by keeping their doors open to plenty of well stocked shelves. And we appreciate all that they do to keep satisfied customers—it shows! Price is important, but I believe BB is doing what they can to keep their doors open also.

I love this place. It's quaint and convenient. I know it's a little on the pricey side on some everyday items that at a larger store in a larger community would have, but again convenient. The staff is personable. Almost a Mayberry-ish feel. You can tell the store is still in a transition phase, but once the dust settles it will get better. Keep up the good work. Shop ya later!

I went to this grocery store for the first time. It is a clean and safe place to shop. All the employees were wearing mask, they speak, and they offer assistance while you shop. This is the type of customer service I look for, everywhere I go.

Considering today's circumstances I'd have to say this place is a life saver. Courteous personnel, critical items available, short wait times, prices of most products very fair considering availability. Pleasant atmosphere.
