I went to this place after our the Sears home warranty kept coming out to repair the 17 year old dishwasher. My Lady was fed up. I took her here without telling her. She was ecstatic. The customer service, kindness and knowledge is outstanding. We purchased a Viking dishwasher, which is excellent. Now she wants Viking everything. We will be returning soon for she saw a wine fridge that she wanted.

WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN

So after our 12 year old washer finally broke down for the last time, we decided that we did not want to spend a lot of money on a new washer or take a chance with one off of Marketplace. After doing some research, I found Salado Supply House and I am glad I did. I was able to purchase a new LG top load washer for $669 when it typically sells for &900+ at Home Depot and Lowe’s. Only thing wrong was a small, barely noticeable, dent on the front along with a long vertical scuff on one of the corners. Neither are noticeable unless you are on your hands and knees looking for it. The staff were very friendly and don’t harass you as soon as you walk through the door. They were knowledgeable about the equipment and are ready to help load the equipment or schedule a delivery date that best works for you. I am glad I was able to find a new, well equipped washing machine, for a fair price and no concerns with hidden issues. Thanks again SSH.

Heard about this cool eclectic place on Facebook and added it to my "oh we need to try that" list here on Google.
It is a bit off the beaten path but worth it. On arrival we were greeted. Before even getting inside I found this circular chandelier. I'd fallen in love with one so similar at the antique run a few months ago in Southern Texas. That one was almost $1000. This one is Soo similar and I scored it for $5 because some small piece is missing. Even the perfect ones inside were well priced around $150. We had come specifically for a fridge. We found a few meeting our needs and when we decided on one they loaded it up (fair warning you need 2 ratchet straps minimum if buying anything big). It's already cooled down very well and is doing its job as the garage drink station. We also found two beautiful bronze outdoor garage lights for $5. My mother also fell in love with this bright big circular rug. We left with a lot and really didn't break the bank and I ♥ that. Every time we walked through new treasures were found. Beyond the good deals the people there are genuinely good people and I can tell love what they do. I look forward to returning.

Love this place. Was looking for something and this came up on my Facebook feed. Don’t be confused, this is scratch and dent stuff. But high quality brands. Gotta look at everything closely but that’s half the fun.

People are all nice and knowledgeable. They provide terrific customer service. You can haggle some, but typically just enough to cover your install and delivery.

A little out of the way, but not hard to find.

First time to go here, A lady named Trish greeted me and my family like she had known us her whole life!! No pressure and very professional and we saved a lot of money shopping here!! We bought 28 boxes of flooring and will definitely go back because they have lots of new appliances of all kinds!!! Thank ya'll for great products at a great price!!!

I highly recommend Salado Supply House! I moved into a new rental house today and the refrigerator was not working. Of course, per the contract they would not replace it. Not only did I find a steal of a deal there, but my sweet 78 year old dad who was helping me was not able to get it off the truck. I called them and the owners came within 10 minutes and helped us unload it! Their customer service is unbeatable! Also, they move into their new location across from Dollar General this week! Show them some love! ❤

We live in the Waco area and had a fantastic experience ordering a refrigerator from here in October 2021. Communication was fast, easy, professional. Got a great deal on a nice fridge that would’ve taken months to arrive from Home Depot. Our fridge was delivered at a reasonable rate and extremely quickly. It’s been a few months now and we’ve had no issues with our fridge. Will definitely look here again for any appliance needs in the future.

These folks here are simply AWESOME! Products are amazing, but the folks there are very cool.
They donated an Oklahoma Joe BBQ pit to our church for Fathers Day last year. A very nice one..very nice. Great place to do business!

I went here looking for a used dryer as I only needed one for 6 months and mine just stopped heating. Unfortunately, they only sell new appliances and some fixtures. However, when discussing with them my problem, they offered to look at it right there in the bed of my truck. Sure enough, simple fix, done in 20 minutes. Tested, and was a very reasonable rate. They explained everything clearly and were very friendly. One of the better experiences I've had when purchasing something. I would highly suggest you skip big box places and try here for appliance stuff.

We love our new Samsung dryer. They have a variety of items from bulbs to refrigerators!!
