Don't like the hours. Not long enough. Have to order checks online bc their pricing is ridiculously too expensive. Had too many issues with their mobile banking not working properly. Their App is not very informative when it comes to checking inquiries. They don't even have their business hours posted. This bank needs a major upgrade with technology!!

Still behind times, no way to transfer money to other banks.

WORST BANK EVER!!!!!
Their online site is a joke. Doesn't work half the time and is inaccurate the other half. We have been banking there for the last three months and they have screwed us out of over $100 because of slow posting to the online site and not informing us of the conditions of our account. They withheld a payment posting until the end of the business day in order to stick us with an overdraft fee that we could have easily resolved had the payment been posted in a timely fashion. When we called them to resolve the matter they made no effort to rectify anything and showed no remorse for screwing a disabled person out of $100 of my $700 check which has to last me all month. This is THE WORST BANK we have EVER used!

The worst
