Gianni's Pizza

The taco salad was great. I was hoping for a smaller portion of salad and there is one size.... LARGE. It is enough for a meal. Wish my salad comes in a smaller size. I also ordered supreme pan pizza and it came out great! The only is the annoying view of the soda machine which is in the dining area. I'm not sure if I can go and get refills myself or only waitress can touch it. i spent close to $35 for a salad, drink, tips, and pizza for a single person. I will come back but won't be ordering salad.

Do you like good quality pizza? Gianni's pizza in Pittsfield, IL is a great place to eat pizza and other Italian foods. On Tuesday through Friday it is open 11 AM-2 AM, and 4-9 PM. It is open 4-9 PM on Saturday and Sunday and on Monday it is closed.

The first time I ate here was when me and my family were in the area and wanted pizza. My Grandma had recommended Gianni’s before so we decided to eat there. It is family owned and has good priced food. After we ate there once we knew we had to come back for more. I am a credible consumer of this product because I have been going there for 8 years and eat there at least 7 times a year. I have tried a lot of other pizza restaurants but none of them have beat Gianni’s. No pizza place can match the quality and price of this place.

The first reason I recommend Gianni’s is because the pizza tastes really good. Whatever you get there it will taste great. It is the best pizza you will have and it never disappoints. The second reason is when you buy a large pizza you get a personal pizza for free. That is what my Brother usually eats.The food is not expensive but it tastes like it should be. When you eat here you get the most bang for your buck. The third and final reason is Gianni’s is a family owned restaurant. It is not a chain restaurant so you know it’s good quality. They have perfected their pizza and they won’t change it to save a few dollars like chain restaurants would. The owner is in the store all day so you can talk to him whenever you want and they have great customer service.

I recommend Giannis to anybody who wants good quality pizza, doesn’t want to spend a lot of money, and has an appetite. I recommend it to these people because they have great prices and great service. Before eating here you should know that after you eat here once you will want to come back again and again!

Unfortunately the poor man working there was doing the best he could to keep up. Very nice hard working young man. I hope that they pay him well he deserves to be.

Quaint little restaurant in Pittsfield, IL. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and a relaxing environment! Mom and I shared a lunch special, chicken parmesan sandwich (not in the picture) with a salad and an order of the breaded green beans. Was exceptionally pleased with the green beans and highly recommend trying them if you've never tried them before. Wonderful family pictures of the owner adorn the walls. Loved the red and white checkered table cloth. Picturesque windows were great to see the coming and going around town. Will certainly stop in this great establishment again

Incredible experience at Gianni's! We were driving through Pittsfield, looking for a delicious meal as part of our 7 hour drive and we found it at Gianni's. Great service, delicious food and loved all the family photos on the world. What's more, when I left something at Gianni's, Gianni himself was kind enough to mail it back to me. Can't say enough good things about this business. Thanks again!

We were on our way to Missouri, and walked in 5 minutes before closing in afternoon. The owner was great! Meatballs are the best and will definitely stop again next time through town. Thank you!

This and Leo's pizza in Jacksonville owned by same family Both have best pizza anywhere in country and I've tried lots of pizza. And try the great cauliflower pizza!!

We live in the Chicago area and were on our way home from MO. We stopped here in October 2022 and loved the pizza. Met the owners and their 2 boys who were pleasant. Today on our way back from MO, we decided to go back again. The pizza was excellent and the tiramisu was the best I have ever had !! Again, the owners were in the restaurant. Such a quaint town and pleasant clientele. Love the small town atmosphere. We go back and forth to MO to see family and feel we have found a special restaurant hidden away from the big towns. Will be back again !!!

Awesome pizza. It’s good enough I live 4 hrs away in Missouri but drive a semi through Pittsfield about 3 days a week and I’ll figure out somewhere to park to get it on my way home. Not to mention you can’t go to the big chains and buy a large for what an xl cost here.

I've had the best pizza in New york and many other cities around the country and this beats any of them. Best pizza I've ever had,anyplace. Lasagna was also excellent

I make the trip to Pike every year, during every IL firearm season, to enjoy much better hunting than Southern IL offers me. We found this restaurant 4 years ago when we first started coming up here. We visit twice a weekend every time we come up here. Its exceptional! The owners are doing a fantastic job! The staff is friendly, efficient, and do a fantastic job at making you feel welcomed! Its not some big chain restaurant that you could go anywhere to visit. Its a family owned and operated business that is one of, if not my favorite, pizza and Italian place ever!

This restaurant is a hidden gem. We loved this place the staff are friendly. Even when it is busy. The food here is real and fresh tasting. We live 90 miles away from Pittsfield but I will say this place is worth your time and Travel. This is a great place with great food and service. This place we will be on my list of favorites.

We were just visiting Pittsfield when we came here. Looking for a yummy pizza place and we were NOT disappointed! Must be the best place in town for Pizza. The salad and appetizers were just as good as the entree. Would recommend to any staying at Jellystone nearby to come into town and throw down!

This is a really great restaurant. I had a 16" Pizza with sausage and oregano with pan crust. I was really impressed, because the pan crust was thick (as you might expect), but not at all greasy. It was simple, yet original and delicious. The dining area was great too. It had big windows, allowing you too look out at the downtown buildings while you eat.

We LOVE this place! We have eaten here twice. We stumbled upon it the first time, while traveling from MO to WI. So we planned our travel times to make sure we could go back the second time. We got the Bruschetta Stuffed Pizza both times...and tossed side salads. My sweetie likes the homemade Italian dressing. The small pizza is enough for at least 2 meals for 2 people. Owners and staff are very personable, and the restaurant appears to be tied to the community. We will continue to go back when passing through!

We order here at least once a week! Best pizza in the area! Wait times can be very long but just order earlier than normal and your good!

Now that Old Boys Pizza has closed,this is the best pizza around. Better than most pizza I've had in New York and chicago. Seems to use same recipe as Leo's Pizza in Jacksonville,⁰which is also excellent. The cauliflour crust pizza is superb. Generous and delicious toppings. A really great pizza!!!!!!!!
