Village Audio Video

I would not recommend Village Audio. I live in winnetka. I built a new house and moved in 2014. When Vince owned village audio, they did a great job with multiple homes I lived in over the years. Since Blair and Brad Brommel have taken over, I can’t get them to even respond to multiple emails, voicemails or texts over a period of many months. I asked for the thumb drive so I could at least have someone else come in and help me- no response. That thumb drive is my property, and I can’t get them to even respond much less return it. Pete, who often worked in my house was always efficient, respectful and courteous. I feel bad writing this review for his sake, but the Brummel’s have been so disrespectful and rude to me that I need to post this so no one else will be treated that way.
