Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was in line to order and I saw one of the servers pulling her hair back out her face even tho she had gloves on it wasn’t right for me so I spoke to a manager and the issue was fixed they should wear hair nets and mask I don’t like people speaking out my food

The food was amazing very flavorful, fresh and made with love !! The staff working was very friendly and helpful especially the nice young lady at the cashier named joceline with blonde hair she’s very helpful and made me wanna come back again 10/10 would come back again!!:)

While not authentic Mexican fare, food is consistently good. While some stores in the chain aren't maintained well, this store was very clean and service was friendly.

The food was fresh, staff efficient and friendly. We did take out but the dining area appeared clean.

A fantastic chipotle. Lots of space, good service all around really good place for lunch.

I screwed up my online order and ordered to the wrong location. The employees got me a customer service number to rectify my mistake and took care of me and got my order made quick. Really helped me in a pinch on a bad night. Very much appreciate the staff going the extra mile.

Chipotle has delicious food. This location is very friendly. Chipotle also has $4 entrees on Halloween if you are in costume.

This is my first time at this location. The 5 stars is for the workers who are over worked and underpaid. There was a long line and only 3 workers. I definitely felt so bad for the workers as it was an extremely stressful situation for them which could have been avoided if there were proper staffing.

Quick service, ordered the hard shell chicken tacos with white queso, lettuce, mild hot sauce, and shredded cheese.

I come in here from time to time and have never had a problem. But I want to point out an especially nice thing that happened last time I was in there. The card machine was down, and they weren't really accepting cash, so when we got up to pay, they just wrote down our order and told us we're all set. They did that for at least a few other people, and I'm not sure how long it continued. I did not expect them to give us the food for free (although I don't really know what the other option would be), but it was very kind of them.

I love Chipotle! I have never had a problem here, very good service, fast and polite. They offered to pay for my daughters food because she accidentally spilled a little bit of her rice on the floor as I was paying, it was no be deal but considering they saw how upset my daughter was, without asking or making a big deal. Out of there own hearts they bought my daughter dinner. Very kind people with big hearts

I've been eating here since before they came to town, when the closest one was at Woodfield. The thing is they are kind of hit-or-miss. But when they hit it's the sort of meal that you think about for 2 weeks after. In general there's not a big line and they have you in-and-out in no time.

We love eating here, and the staff are friendly and quick at completing our orders!

Food is excellent and service is outstanding. If you want something done correctly or have problems, ask for Shannon. She runs circles around everyone else who works here. Her work ethic is phenomenal, and she can be seen constantly in motion, moving from one task to another while other workers meander in the background. She exudes positive energy and compliments customers often.

It's not as good as the one in Denver on Speer and Broadway. The food taste the same but the Denver store has that Denver flavor. It's weird but it's all good. I remember seeing the lady and her son that own the chain at the Rockford store when it opened and they were training everyone on how to do the magic that they use for their food.

This is a great branch, but it so busy around 5 p.m. The only complaint I have about this location is that the portions vary way too much. Sometimes, I get huge burritos and other times, I get a small tiny burrito. Sometimes, extra chicken bowls look like regular portion bowls. I know human workers are not perfect, but this is a reason I do not eat at Chipotle at least once a week anymore. I have slowed down to almost once a month. Otherwise, this is a very clean, nice and cool place.

I love Chipotle. They have great food, but even better staff, they made my bowl perfectly! And the wonderful woman at the check out was so nice! She puts a smile on my face every time I come in! Fantastic!!! Thank you!!!!
