Damaris Fuentes, with Allstate, has been an exceptional insurance adjuster. I have had an on-going situation with my house dating back to April of this year (2024), where a tree fell beside my home upending the corner of it, causing some structural damage. Damaris has been vigilant and making sure that my claim has been attended to. She has been very responsive in returning my phone calls and checking on information relating to my claim.

Angela Cocckrell stayed with me the whole journey while I was trying to find better insurance rates. Despite the many quotes I asked her for, she stayed on top of it. We just closed the deal, she responded all my question and I am ready to give it a try to All state. The quotes cut almost in half what my other comapany was proposing as renewals. I am hoping to stay with them if quotes don;t go crazy high!

Shawn was terrific in getting my account updated. She has great customer service skills and very helpful. This office has great staff.

I guess at this point in time, the only experience I've had with Allstate is with my agent who was great and very informative and gave me options in price and features that I needed or possibly didn't need coverage for. I've not had any reason to get back in touch as luckily I've not had any house issues and sure hope to keep it that way!
