Gavon at this store was very friendly and super helpful. Literally he was the best. Always a cool assortment of fun novelty items.

The staff were very helpful and did all they can to help me locate the items I wanted. Overall a great selection of products.

This store is amazing!! So much clothes and jewelry to choose from, but the band supply was a little low. More of a mainstream store and not as diverse. But I loved it there nonetheless. It's a little pricey so I'd come with at least 30+ dollars to spend, otherwise you're not going to be able to purchase a lot of items. But, I loved the aesthetic and I would definitely come back again!

Went to one Hot Topic looking for a specific item but did not find it so came here; and even though we did not find what we wanted here either, we got something else that caught our eye. Good variety of selection of appealing items. Staffers were friendly and welcoming.

The staff here were sooooo sweet and there's so much cute stuff to pick from!

The staff here definitely has their own style! I mostly just to go in for the anime shirts, but I always enjoy the experience. The shirts I get are really high quality and this time they were buy-two-get-one-free! The staff was also pretty cool about me dividing it into multiple purchases to save a couple dollars!

If you need an emo starter set they have you covered !! The clothing options are as black as my soul and I could almost snake out a smidgen of a smile from my cold black heart when I saw all the things they had .

They always have good promotions, a huge variety of stuff from different fandoms. I love that they give rewards for the purchases you make and also for your birthday! Their employees are really nice and helpful :D 5 STARS!!!

Solid vibe from what you would expect from a Hot Topic. A lot of people shop here now to get Funko Pops, myself included, t-shirts, and other pop culture items.

My only qualm is how aggressive some customers are trying to get "Pop Drops". It is no fault of the employees or the company but I believe some of it could be relegated by placing new items behind the check out counter. This would help prevent people from mobbing the new release section.

Last but not least, the staff is always incredibly helpful and courteous.

Been coming here since I was young. I absolutely love it here, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I normally order online, but sometimes we pop in to see things and check out the sales.
I love the selections of T-shirts and make up.
One day I will go bold and try the hair dye!!

Are you emo? Goth, a reject kid, a loner, anime nerd.... This is your store. All your weirdo kid needs to complete your special look. So you can be way different than everyone around you. It's not a phase.. I'm 41 and I seemed to have passed it to my kids. Lol. Youngest is 12 and it's totally her type of store. Oldest is 18 and loves everything in there too. Middle one just goes with the flow..

I did a review a week ago. I am submitting a new one because they deserve it. Katie, the manager, has fixed up my order and made sure I got my preorder. She did all the work and made sure I got one. This place has A1 customers service.

If what you want is available online order it and ship to store. I have never had a problem this way. They check the material and make sure it is not damaged. If you ship it to your home you are at the mercy of the carrier. I have been very happy with my experiences at this store.
