I am so pleased with out experience at Magnolia Funeral Home. They went the extra mile during holiday weekend to help me get services planned. They went the extra mile to help me. We had beautiful service’s beautiful flowers ordered through them I highly recommend them for all funeral services. They are the most amazing people from viewing to services. This funeral home is quick to respond to any requests or concern. They do care about their clients. My husband is buried here and they are great with suggestions. The rules are very strict on what you can and can not place next to the grave, but think you will find that at all funeral homes. They really try to make everyone happy. My dad suddenly passed away about a month ago and we went to one funeral home, but their availability was very little so we came over to Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Ron was helpful and patient, guiding us through the process because it was the first time we had to plan a funeral. We had met with him for at least during an hour and showed us what each aspect would look like and how we could set up the altar area in order to perform a Buddhist ceremony. He was very accommodating to our wishes and even though they don't have a way to stream the services online, he provided us with stools and extension cords to set up our laptops and cameras so that family overseas could join. He was very responsive when communicating the details of the program and every detail we asked him to add was added which we appreciated because we were very last minute with some of the information we sent him. Him and his staff were very kind as well on the day of the funeral and helped with transitioning between each part. If you are planning a funeral, Magnolia Funeral Home is the place to go. Mr. Ron and his staff understand that this a hard time and they take the stress out of planning a funeral.

I cannot brag or boast enough about the Magnolia Funeral Home group. Our experience was non like any other .
The removal of my mother and the caring way they took my mother from my home when she passed, to the absolute beautiful preparation of her last viewing was incredible. Mr Attison and his staff treated my mother as if she was his own mother. Glenn Addison and everyone at Magnolia Funeral Home took such wonderful care of my mother and my family when my Daddy died. He listened fully to our questions, was thoughtful and detailed in his answers, guided us through the process at our pace and worked well with our church to make Daddy's funeral one that honored his legacy and his and our faith in Jesus.

My family recently buried our mother. The planning of a funeral is very stressful. I’m forever grateful to have had Glenn Addison of Magnolia Funeral Home to gently guide me through the process. His compassion for me and my family was a Godsend. He went above beyond his duty. I’m sure I asked him a million questions and took more than my fair share of his time. Glen Addison was so helpful, and knowledgeable about all my concerns and questions regarding specific keepsake urns that suited my needs the best. We ended up picking out the perfect keepsake urn! Ron and Glenn were so amazing. There was a difficulty with paperwork from the hospital that had to do with cremating my miscarried baby. They worked everyday and pushed to get everything done and finalized as soon as they possibly could. When my mom called the list of funerals homes the hospital gave us, we chose this funeral home because of their thoroughness throughout everything. They were incredibly fast responding to emails, they were understanding of situations, they did everything they could in their power to make this as easy for me as possible. Karma forbid I ever have to recommend a funeral home, but if I do, this would be the one I recommend. They were an hour drive away from me but the drive was absolutely worth it for the kindness, thoroughness, persistence, ect ect. Ron and Glenn did amazing and I still thank you guys so much that I can't express it for everything y'all have done for this entire process.

I cannot express how much the customer service provided by the Magnolia Funeral Home family meant to our family after my father suddenly passed away recently. My father wanted to be buried with my mom in the Biloxi National Cemetery and Glenn handled every detail coordinating with the government team in Biloxi and provided transportation for my father. He gracefully led us through the entire process with no pressure or sales pitch. I felt my dad was in loving hands the entire time and he looked great. All of his suggestions were spot-on and the ease of the process brought us tremendous peace.

Both of my grandfathers were laid to rest at Magnolia Funeral Home. I was involved in planning the services for my grandfather who passed away this year. Glen and his staff made the process as easy as possible for my grandmother, my father and other family members that were involved. They answered any questions we had and were very helpful in handling life insurance matters. The funeral home and cemetery are beautiful and well kept. Planning a funeral is not something anyone wants to have to do. My husband and I lost his mother July 6, 2020. We decided to use Magnolia Funeral Home after a recommendation. We called and made an appointment to discuss what we wanted. When we drove up we felt like it was a peaceful/calm atmosphere. Everything was nice and neat. We met with Mr. Ron and he made the whole experience very pleasant. He went through the different options they offered and helped us plan out every detail. He never pressured us on any decisions. We felt like we were being treated like family and not a customer. After making our funeral arrangements they kept in contact making sure we were ready for our service. The service turned out beautifully. I would most definitely recommend using this funeral home to anyone needing funeral services. The staff are kind and considerate of your feelings the entire time you are dealing with them. We can't thank you enough for helping us during our loss.

I can not express how grateful I am to Glenn and his team. Their professionalism and timely planning of our father’s service and transport out of state was invaluable. Their swift but gentle guidance allowed all of my siblings to remain together since we were already in town to say our final goodbyes to our father before his passing. My Father was ill and soon to pass away and we met with Magnolia Funeral Home. Glen was very in tune to our wishes, and confirmed more than once, that he would work with us financially since most of Dads friends had already passed away. The service was small so we did not need a large event. Glen had our event pre-planned and ready. He provided a perfect affordable service for the family and met our emotional needs. Dads burial was not typical, because we buried him in a family cemetery and Glen was able to drive hearse to the country and speak at the graveside. My family and I had to call on Glenn Addison to handle my mother’s funeral this week. I can’t say enough good things about them. Magnolia Funeral Home was so compassionate and helpful at the time of Uncle’s passing.
