The campground is awesome! The bathhouse/showers are very nice and clean with a lot of water pressure. The trails were great and CLEAN! This is the only park I've ever been to that there was almost zero trash on the trails! It is very HOT during the summer here. Take some type of shade with you to the campground!! Be sure to put it up and away when you are not using it. It does get windy up on top of the mountain. It WILL toss your stuff around if you leave it out.
The people running the park are great! Super nice and very friendly. Also, don't skip on the JitterBean Java Food truck! Everything is fresh made daily. She cuts her own fries daily. Great food choices and the coffee's she offers are much better than Starbucks or Dunkin!!
We actually drove to the Cave and had a wedding!! It was amazing

Great place to go off-roading. This was our first time at this park and it was AWESOME. The trails were tough, but then we were in an F250. Green and Blue trails were just doable in such a beast. We had a great time and definitely plan to return!

This is a great place to ride! Beautiful scenery! Waterfalls, bluff views, and wildlife, so bring ya camera! All types of riding from easy, medium, to difficult. It's all there. They're putting in work weekly on getting the park ready for official opening and I can't wait to see what it becomes, because it's already a blast!

Lots of fun. I do believe some of the blue trails
Might be blacks in other parks however my vehicle did great with some challenges and I was able conquer. Park staff was friendly and helpful. I got into a bind on my way out. Thought I was gonna flip so I called for help. Park manager came quickly and we were able to get my vehicle out safely. I will return again for sure with friend. The trails were technical with switch backs and all. It made Haley road look like a walk in the park. Extreme fun here

Awesome facilities and very well maintained trail system. Huge gravel parking lot with alot of powered camper spots and primitive campsites.

Fun ride. Good trails. Beautiful scenery. Mostly blue trails but we felt couple spots need to be reclassified to black lol. Raised the pucker factor a little especially since we ride with kids in our sxs. Definitely will be going again though.

This is a really nice Park to ride at. We took a stock Mule Pro FX here. Our mule would definitely benefit from at least a 6 in lift at this Park. We kept hitting rocks on the belly pan. Awesome scenery here along with some really steep climbs.

From Florida riders who have rode WindRock, RRB, Tackett, Sundquist, AOP, every Hatfield system, Brimstone and several others across the East Coast:

Coalmont is the most beautiful riding we have ever done. We were there for the first official opening day. They were working some kinks out. The trails are well marked, the challenges are appropriate and there are waterfalls, wildlife and views everywhere. Awesome bath houses and amenities.

The trails here are slightly less hard than WindRock and slightly harder than Brimstone in our opinion. We were on Sxs’ on 30s and could go pretty much everywhere.

Worth the trip!

This park was great. Easy to read color coded trails for different skill levels. We stayed on the easy trails and had a great ride. I recommend downloading a trail guide so you can navigate better.

Great place for off-roading. I’d probably say one of my favorite places to go so far in Tennessee for Jeeps. Very scenic with moderate trails. Check in was fairly easy as it can be done online the day before going. This made it easy to just check in when you get there and start riding. The trails were perfect for side by sides and Jeeps. The main trail around the park was fun by itself. We took plenty of other side trails and had a blast. The map supplied is very accurate. All trails had very easy readable signs so you know which trail is which and also there were plenty of trail signs that showed the way back to the parking lot incase you were lost or just needed to find the exit. There were a few places I dropped cell service but for the majority of the time I had service. The park also had a concession stand which I had not seen before yet at an off-road park. I can not wait to go back in the summer/fall when everything is bloomed. Must go place for off-roading!

They have done a great job turning this section of the valley into organized trails. Previously it was a real gamble going into the valley without a buggy, a winch, and a local. Time will tell how well it can be maintained and I’m glad to support them. From scenic to wild the trails are a lot fun. Our stock JTR handled most the easy trails easily but will need lift, tires, winch for the others…which even then can get more utv oriented quickly. Not a bad thing as there are plenty of trails.
