AWESOME ONLY PROBLEM IS ALOT OF TIMES ONLINE BANKING AND DRIVE THROUGH 🏧 STOP WORKING ALOT.

The staff is very friendly. Whenever I have had an issue, they have helped fix it immediately. I have had several loans through them and have always been happy with the service and follow-up.

CTCB recently changed their app. From Day 1 it has been a headache. I have downloaded the new app 3 times.
It repeatedly sent a 6 digit code to my email but then asked for 4 digit code.
I went to the bank. The first employee couldn't figure out how to help me.
The second employee told me to, "Calm down, there is no need for All that!".
I am 100 % disabled. For thirty minutes I had to stand in front of a desk while the employee took my phone and " fixed" the sign in.
There is no tutorial to explain how the app works. There are no directions on any page in the app.
You cannot enter $ and ¢ on the Alerts page. Only whole dollars.
Everyone knows that every phishing scam there is, charges you .99¢ the first time, then drains your account.
Not one single Bank Employee Ever said, "I'm so sorry you are having trouble".
If there was another bank within 30 minutes I'd switch immediately.

Tried to withdraw cash from bank via check to transfer to another better bank remotely. They seem to be playing hardball to prevent any withdrawals. They locked our account even when we explained our desire, and confirmed identity over phone. They know our faces and voices, but claim they cannot clear lock out! DO NOT use this back alley bank unless you have the time to fly out to Tennessee every time they lock you out. Google doesn't require me to drive into the Google headquarters to verify identity.
