Stevens Street Baptist Church

Great church. If you want a Bible believing church, this is it. This church is also a missions oriented church, has several world wide mission trips each and every year. Mission team leaders are the best I have ever served with. Each trip is planned months in advance. This church has some of the best church leaders and very versed staff.

First time I went there and heard a sermon I just felt the Holy Spirit and the place just felt like home. The ppl are very friendly and will help you find where you need to go. I thank the Lord for leading us here.

This congregation has made us feel so welcomed, having just moved to Cookeville from out of state, The Stevens Street community has been a blessing to our family. The Word is preached, sung, and lived out here.

This church is so full of love for Christ, each other, and the community. The Pastor speaks truth, and there are groups and programs for everyone. We love SSBC!

We visited this church while in town to visit family. The kids love the slide in the lobby, but I enjoyed the worship and preaching.

Great Bible-Teaching, Full Gospel-Preaching, Disciple-Making, God & Neighbor-Loving Church... without all of the Charismatic Sensationalism, Rock Concert style Worship service & Ear-tickling Motivational speeches (2 Timothy 4:1-5)

Faithful Jesus teachings directly from God's Word. I feel a sincere love of the Lord from Pastor Scott and the leaders in this church.

They are the host church for our MOPS group. Always have everything we need and they have fantastic facilities. Thanks!
