Went in to do some early Christmas shopping today. For the most part the store was easy to navigate, however there were some areas that had alot of box freight sitting in aisles so you couldn't get thru or couldn't get to what was on the tables on display in that area. The store was pretty clean and the check out line went pretty smoothly since they had almost all registers open so my wait was very minimal. The cashiers were also very friendly which is good to see when you are shopping.

One of the best stores I have been in! I got some incredible help from Olivia in the women’s clothing section! She was so wonderful and helpful. I cannot wait for my next shopping spree!

Let me tell you about a manager at the Cookeville store named Ashley York. I've never met her but by her actions she is a caring and special person. My wife and I had been looking for Bello extra virgin olive oil that we can only find at TJ Maxx. It's really great olive oil. But we had not been able to find it for a few months. We called around to a number of TJ Maxx stores (including the Cookeville store where I spoke to Ashley) but there was none to be found. This was in July. So when I had spoke to Ashley I didn't realize she saved my contact information and (4) MONTHS LATER called me to let me know she had just received (3) bottles and went ahead and saved them for me. I couldn't believe she saved my contact information all that time till the Bello oil came in. In these challenging times we're living in Ashley went above and beyond to help us fulfil our need. She deserves a impressive raise for her exceptional commitment and dedication to customer service!

Always love this place! Great stuff and great prices. Found a few new Rae Dunn coffee mugs the other day and it was the highlight of my week. One is an Easter mug that is glazed in an iridescent pink. So pretty! Go get one ladies!
