I have my own washing machine and dryer, but I'm in the process of moving, so I tried "Rocket Laundry" out. I used this laundromat 2 times, and I will be going back today! Their washing machine is so powerful. My clothes felt so soft after a gd wash n dry the 1st time, so I had to go back.

Today is my last day in Spartanburg. I hate traveling with dirty clothes, so I will be heading there, I know my experience will be top-notch, like always!

THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER WASHED CLOTHES! Staff is friendly and informative, the machines take either cash OR YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE APP USE DEBIT IR CREDIT!!! Right on the South Side across from the Old Geralds Grocery store or down the street from The Pepsi Cola Factory.

I recently moved to Spartanburg 6 months ago and Rocket Laundry is the cleanest laundromat I have seen in my entire life. The staff is professional and very nice.

Very clean, new facility with state of the art equipment. I recommend downloading the speed queen app before you visit. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant laundry day experience!

One of the washing machine stopped working, and the girl working was kind enough to restart it for me. And was very nice about it. Machines are always very clean and easy to use. I like the fact that you don’t have to bring 1000 quarters with you. You can sync the machines to your phone through an app. Adding a card and paying for it is so much easier.

I just moved from Central Florida to the a building here in Spartanburg without laundry. I brought a small load with me to check the place out...see if it would work out for me.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I wanted information on how everything works. Being from where I’m from, it caught me off guard but I appreciate people who are nice and helpful. Just have to get used to it. The attendant also told me how to get $10 on my app on the company. I already had the app but couldn’t figure out the $10 so her help was really appreciated.

One thing that stood out immediately was the ability to rinse the machine before putting your items in it. ESP right now with c19.

The machines and facility are really nice and clean. I really appreciate the ability to use the app with the pandemic and coin shortage going on. And it will be easy to run quick errands in between loads or when my comforter takes an hour to dry with the reminder alert feature that tells you 3 minutes before the load finishes.

Excellent!!! I didn’t get pics this time. But I promise you won’t be disappointed. Super clean!!! Great machine.

I love this place I go in twice a week. Very clean establishment. Some of the workers are beyond amazing especially the new girl (I can’t think of her name) and the manager that’s always on duty. They’re always soo full of life. I go in some days so stressed out and when I leave I’m always in good spirits when those two are on duty. The new girl even fusses at me (playfully lol) because I won’t download the app that they have to start the washers 😂 Everyone should try this place.. it’s awesome.

I have been using Rocket Laundry every 2 weeks since December 2022 to wash and fold my laundry. They have done an excellent job. And they are pretty fast about it. Average time from when I drop it off to when they are finished is about 3 hours. Their facility is very nice and kept up, not like other laundromat I have used in the past. I would recommend them to anyone.

We love it! Very clean! Awesome customer service! They make you feel just like friends! They run not only a laundromat but very child friendly environment. Kids reading corner with a table and chairs. Vending machines. On the back side of the mat is a picnic area as well! Affordable prices with rewards programs! Coins or App can be used to pay for laundry. They also have a laundry service where they will pick it up and drop it off and do your laundry.

Clean, top quality service and speedy turnaround times! The place I could find with a machine large enough to wash my XL outdoor blanket so I gave this place a shot.
The hours of operation are also very accommodating, I can drop off laundry before work and pick it up after work.

First time I visited this place and it was nice and clean. The attendants were nice and helpful. I say that because my friend had to wash her comfort set and we left and went to Sam's why the comforter was washing. When we got back the attendant had put her comforter set in the dryer for her. They were dry and all we had to do was fold them. This is a nice place that offers everything down to the detergent, Clorox, bleach fabric softener and dryer sheets all in 1 machine. The atmosphere was nice relaxed. I enjoyed and will visit again..

Very clean. Doors lock at 9pm but you can finish your laundry as long as you stay inside. The staff was helpful and quite nice. You can pay using coins or with your card via their app.

I haven't been to a clean and respectful laundromat in a while until I found Rocket Laundromat. The best part is that they have an option to use cash or the app. That is great for me since I do not like to use cash. Don't take my word for it go check it out yourself. See you there. 😉
