Reidville Road Pharmacy

I can't tell you enough how great this pharmacy is! I was so tired of the rude people at the Walgreens and CVS on Reidville rd. Mainly the actual pharmacist. So, I switched here many years ago and have been meaning to leave a review. They have known my name since day one. It's the little things. If I have medicine that they don't have in stock (which is rare) they actually call and find it, make sure that place takes my insurance... they do all the work. Then when they get it in, they have it transferred back. The pharmacist is one of the kindest people you could meet. He honestly cares and you can tell. He and his wife, the other pharmacist are just amazing. He calls me himself if there is an issue or question. The girls that work there are so sweet and so helpful. I'm on alot of meds and I can't tell you how many times they have sat on the phone with my Dr's office to help me out. I get off work at 7pm and that's when they close, they have stayed open so I can rush there and get my meds. THIS shows they care. I just can't say enough good things about this place. If you want to be treated like a person that matters and not just a dollar sign, definitely switch to this pharmacy.

FINALLY! So excited to find a pharmacy that genuinely cares about their customers. I was in the midst of a terribly frustrating and stressful situation with a national chain who delayed my prescription while treating me as though my concerns with it were ridiculous and wrong. The Reidville Road Pharmacy staff assisted me with transferring the needed medication and my Rx was dispensed in what seemed like mere moments. I was cared for by the nicest staff I’ve encountered anywhere. Added bonus is that even with the same insurance, the price was less. I cannot say enough positive things! 💫

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone is professional and kind. The wait time is literally non existent snd they take the time to get to know their customers and truly care. Cannot say enough positive things about this pharmacy and everyone who works there.

Pharmacy are all the same right they fill your medicine and you pick it .. but this place is different. The staff are all friendly . They greet you with a warm smile and make you feel like your business is appreciated. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and take the time to go over your medical questions. Both of them are extremely nice and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Also for compounds medicine their price are unmatched. You won’t find better prices and service .

I will never ever go to another pharmacy. The staff at this pharmacy is my FAMILY. My kidneys were failing, and I had been awaiting a kidney/pancreas transplant for the last few years. They prayed with me and they prayed FOR me. They shouted for joy when I called them from my hospital bed to inform them that I had received the call and surgery was complete. This was the scariest time of my life, as this is a MAJOR surgery. My pharmacy was here for me. They truly had my back. I've been unable to drive while recovering. My husband drove us to pick up my prescriptions. The entire staff came to the car to see me and love on me. Lilly and Madison are my girls. They always take care of me. I was most surprised to see Manish. I know that he is really busy "running" things. Lol. It meant the world that they all took time out of their busy schedules to keep me in their thoughts and prayers. It meant even more that they took a second to come outside and greet me. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy. I love them. #MyFamily 💜

This is by far the best pharmacy ever! I’ve been going to Walgreens for the last 10-ish years and have had nothing but issues with them. After my mom transferred her info to this pharmacy, I finally decided to do the same. They’re kind, helpful, and I can tell the Pharmacist, Manish, truly cares about his customers! I called one day while IN Walgreens and they had my prescription ready in no time. I’m so glad I switched.

Moving to this pharmacy is the best decision I have ever made regarding my medicine needs. Customer service is their #1 focus. From communicating with the doctor, having Rxs ready within a few minutes, and the fastest checkout process, they are a top notch team!

Not really one for reviews however if you regularly take medication this pharmacy is the most reliable I’ve ever had. Me and my family have had a lot of trouble with CVS and Wallgreens in the past and were often frustrated when we couldn’t speak to someone on the phone when we were in emergency need of medication. The pharmacist that owns Reidville pharmacy picks up the phone every time and always recognizes me and has my prescription ready for pick up on my way home from the doctor. Best pharmacist ever:)👍🏻

Manish is one of the most courteous, professional, compassionate and knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever met. We goes to all lengths to assist you to get all of your prescriptions transferred and filled on time. He is the absolute best. My husband and I both think the world of him. Also always in a timely manner. This pharmacy is the best😀😀

I have had some pretty awful experiences with a few pharmacies the last 8 months. My doctor recommended Manish and Reidville Road Pharmacy... I’m am ecstatic she did! I absolutely love them! This is hands-down the best pharmacy in the area. They are super fast, extremely friendly and responsive. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area over other "big box" retailers. I would rate a 10 out of 5 if I could!

Soooo, I was tired of the lines of the big pharmacy. Went to one of their smaller stores, which was better but then they closed that one to move my prescription’s to the larger pharmacy again. Ugh. My history with pharmacy’s is that it has always been a headache. Long lines, not having my prescription ready or not having them at all. Finally, I became fed up and started searching for a home pharmacy and found Reidville road pharmacy. What a difference. Walked in and Heather helped me transfer my prescription from previous pharmacy. I needed it then and we knew it would be a while before they answered so I said no worries I would wait. But she got the pharmacist and the got me more than enough to get though the weekend. Yay!! Not only that she called me a few hours later to let me know that she did get through 3 hrs later 😂 and it would be ready on Monday when I wanted them. So happy called my dr to have everything transferred to here. Thank you so much!

This is the best pharmacy anyone could ask for. We were running late to get there before they closed for a holiday weekend and the pharmacist knew we were coming from out of town, after explaining the reason for our delay the pharmacist actually cared so much that he stayed open to wait for us. All the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Manish opened Reidville Road Pharmacy so he could give the best customer service ever. He wanted to be able to take whatever amount of time needed to really listen to his patients. He even came out to my car and gave me a tetanus vaccine last year because I didn't want to expose myself to Covid. You'll never regret moving your business to this wonderful neighborhood pharmacy!

They care about the people and take the time to help in any way they can , fast service, reliable, outstanding. Glad I changed pharmacy.
