When I got there I was greeted with a good morning from multiple people. Mrs. Jennifer waited on me & she made sure that she let me know what she was doing & she also made sure that she also had all of my info correct. I’ve had good experiences with the service department. Even the young man that was driving the shuttle that day was also nice. I wish my other experience could be like the ones with the service department.

At Benson Kia of Spartanburg SC I found the staff to be friendly. efficient and aware of the time it would take to correct the problem. You were given a choice of staying or you could leave and come back. I choose to stay and I just sat back and watched, I really learned a lot about the service dept and some of the staff. I even saw them give a couple a ride back home. Who does that these days ? So kuddos to the service dept.
