Wakefield Buick GMC

Even though I’m disappointed that GM doesn’t put a recall out for a know issue with coolant sensors being bad. It might be understandable if my truck had more miles. Instead, I had to pay $500 for something that I shouldn’t have. Wakefield was great, and did everything I needed.

Greg and Walker were wonderful to work with and very helpful in answering all our questions. I have already recommended Wakefield to friends. I loved both of them were not pushy.

The original 2013 battery in my CTS was on its last "charge." I called Wakefield and Brian told me to come on in. What can I say, but he provided professional and immediate attention to my Cadillac needs! And, the price was reasonable, too! Thank you, Brian, and the Wakefield Buick GMC Service Department!!

I had the best servicing experience ever at this location. I have a 216 GMC Terrain and was in need of some minor fixes. Drove around to the service department and Despite the fact that they were busy. The manager Brian Coffee went out of his way to accommodate me. The staff is informative, polite, and quick on their feet. Although I did not purchase my car from this location. I will defiantly keep them in mind for any future servicing needs or issues I may encounter with my vehicle. If you are local or in the surrounding areas and need any type of servicing to your car do yourself a favor and check these guys out. They wont disappoint!!!!

Everyone I encountered there was over the top, nice and respectful. They also were very respectful of my timing due to the fact that I needed to be back to my kids' school for an awards ceremony.

No one could look at my car when I drove it in. I had to bring it back the next day to get the problem resolved. A part had to be ordered but it did come in overnight so my car was repaired the next day. Overall, I am well pleased because it was all covered by the warranty.

It was a very great experience at the GMC dealer took a little longer than. I like on ordering your truck but everything worked out at the end. It was well worth it. Everybody at wakefield what went above Expectations.
