Kohl's

I love going to Kohl's. The vary of items and prices are very reasonable. Very clean store and the cashiers and others are so helpful and polite. Will go back over and over. Love this store.

This location is big & stocked. Lots of inventory that isn't picked over like lots of other locations. Staff is friendly & helpful.

I love the fact you can now drop off your Amazon returns here! The only problem is I always see something I love and have to buy it! Good news is with Kohl's cash and all their deals the prices usually always right!

Great shopping experience. Everyone there was very helpful. The lines at check out were long, but they had them organized, and they moved very quickly. It was surprising.

Store was very well stocked and lots of sale items were available. The store is always clean and clutter free. Parking is east to find the lot is huge and we'll marked

We had a lovely experience. My daughter and I visited today and the staff were extremely happy and nice. My daughter is very exuberant and It always makes me happy when employees help make her feel like she is at Disney World. I needed to do an amazon return and they made it so easy.

Employees were so nice. Quickly returned items with no hassle and was on my way in under 5 minutes. Definitely shopping here again. Both visits were enjoyable and I don't like shopping much.

Easy to use the rewards and lots of sales and added cash back stuff. They do not have competitive prices but when you layer cash back and % off you get better deals

We found the shirts I needed, and the shoes my wife needed. It was tax free weekend, and the checkout line was long, but moved fairly fast. We added up our totals to see how close we could get to the final amount, and we thought around $145.00. Then a lady in line gave us a 25% off coupon (she had 3 from Amazon returns and could only use one), and the shirts ended up being half off... final bill: $74 and change. Would definitely shop again! :-)

I have been a Kohls customer for many years. I moved to Tennessee from Illinois and was so happy to have a Kohls in Cookeville. I moved to Crossville TN three years ago and began shopping at Kohls in Cookeville. I found the same excellent selection, prices & specials, clean and orderly store as I was used to in Illinois.

I moved to TN because my sister and her hubby moved to Spring City TN - I am very close with them - and especially close to my sister. Unfortunately, two years after moved to TN, my sister was diagnosed with Alzheimer's - she had struggled with the disease and refuses to leave the house - even to shop for clothes. She has gained weight due to inactivity and can no longer fit into her clothes. Because she refuses to shop, I have taken over the task buying her larger clothes. Frequently I'll pick out clothes for her, take them to her and either she doesn't like them or they don't fit.

That's where my appreciation of Kohls personnel coupled with the simple mechanism to return clothing items comes in. The Kohls employee that I see when returning clothing is excellent. She is compassionate and always helpful when items need to be returned. Thank you so much for helping my family during this difficult time. You have no idea how much you and your staff have made a difference for my family.
