U-Haul Moving & Storage of Northwest Spartanburg

Rented a truck from this location. The employees appeared to work together and get along. Everybody was busy I waited in a short line . The cashier and staff was friendly I think if possible I will only rent from this location very well organized I found my way around and that's not easy just want to thank you all for your help.

The rental spaces are very clean and neat . I had heard that the customer service here was great . Tammy helped me with the security codes and finding my rental area even though she did not have to do so. She really went above and beyond to assist me.

Very smooth experience renting a cargo van over the weekend. Ashley helped me and was fantastic, excellent customer service. My app was not working when I arrived and Ashley made the process to check-in very quick and easy. The van was in great condition and clean. The location is huge and its well maintained and organized. They have everything you need for a move. Definitely my new go-to for truck rental and moving supplies

Very quick and friendly! Went in with a reservation I had booked online a few days prior. Got the keys and was driving the U-Haul within 10 minutes!

After getting over the top service from Ricki and Tammy; there was no way that I was going to rent anywhere else. Extra mile service and customer focused attention to my needs was very important, especially with the flexibility that I needed.

Too bad all of my storage rental experiences, we’re not this wonderful.

I made an online reservation to rent a U-Haul trailer from this location. It's a nice large facility, and I was able to quickly come in and pick up the trailer. Employee was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also sell boxes in a variety of sizes, as well as large plastic bags for mattresses to keep them clean and dry during a move. In addition, they provide blankets to cover your furniture so it doesn't get scratched or damaged. Would definitely use this location again if needed. I was also pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive it was!

Lots of trucks, trailers, and van rentals. Lots of moving and storage supplies. Storage available, too.

Took my son to help unload the uhaul, the place was quiet and clean. A lot of carts were available for use.The lot that she got was very spacious.They were able to get the contents of an entire house in there neatly. It was perfect. If I were going to use a storage place, I would use this one.

We arrived a little early, so online check in was not available. I went inside and received excellent help renting a utility trailer and then the gentleman came outside and hooked it up for me. It worked perfectly for our purposes, and checking it back in was a breeze! Thank you!

Very nice place..employees were eager to help, and met me in a very professional manner when I first walked in the door made me feel right at home. I do think their prices are a little bit too pricey but the employees there make up for the difference they were all very nice very helpful and every time I go there they always are the same.

Incredible experience here. Hawk truly went above and beyond when it came to my hitch installation. This is the best Uhaul location I've ever been to.

Steve was so accommodating...even with last minute changes. He was super friendly to all he encountered while we were there. Best U-Haul experience I have had.

Had reservations for another location. No one showed up at that place so we transferred to this location. They gave us a $50 rebate as well as a discount if we delivered to a certain location. They were fast and had what we needed especially with such a short notice that we gave them.

My dear Ms. Seiber, you refer to this location hear ??? What did you hear ? Nothing !!! I believe you meant to say "Here", but I digress because I'm not a grammar Nazi. Please be truthful in your reviews, because you have told a fib about the hours of operation. Please take notice of the pictures I uploaded. They're screenshots of both Google maps and the U-Haul website showing the hours of operation for this location. Also, please keep in mind that this is a relatively new location, and comparing it to Whitney Rd. isn't a fair comparison, plus, there's no cause for name calling !!! That store has been open for quite a few years, where this one has only been open since October 2017. According to the review you left, 3 days ago, which would have been Monday, after 8:00am and before 6:00pm, there was someone here to assist you. Before you leave your next bad review, please collect the facts about the establishment. (See pictures) Ma'am, I hope you have a blessed evening.

To Mr. Malarkey, there is no "Bait and Switch" here, sir. Any information you received regarding storage was for a different location all together. At the time of your review, this location didn't even have any storage. It was just within the past 2 weeks that we received the first of our outdoor storage facilities. We haven't even started on the indoor storage yet.

Huge facility with large storage containers. Very clean and easy to get to. Don't try to turn left on New Cut Rd if your going during rush hour, it's impossible.

We rented 2 trailers in as many days to help a friend move. Everyone was efficient and courteous and personable. A large facility that was exceedingly well run.

Very clean. Well maintained. It's not the cheapest storage around. But for me, it was worth the extra dollars. There's also random police 🚔 presence. Great benefit.
