This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Larry and Gloria, the managers, are very conscientious concerning the service provided to their customers. The place is very well monitored to eliminate unnecessary problems. It is very well maintained on a daily basis. One of the best features is accessibility at convenient times for customers. Their rates are VERY reasonable and competitive. Larry and Gloria are customer-oriented, kind while also maintaining a professional stance. I have had tow large units across from each other for at least five years and the management has been very helpful especially when a door was left open a few times. I was notified and asked them to close and lock it.
I now have one large unit and have been with them for ten years and the management is nothing but great at every level.
I highly recommend this particular complex to all people needing this type of storage if you can find a unit to fit your needs.

I have used the facility on Pine st Spartanburg for over a year. The property is always well kept and a safe place to store items. The management are great to work with and always have been because I have used this storage facility in the past. Friendly informative and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. Several years ago we rented a storage unit at UStor upon recommendation. We have not been disappointed and would not change even though another company opened closer to our home.
UStor owners are a pleasure to deal with, and they keep the area clean and secure.

The Leasing Agents are very knowledgeable and considerate. The property is clean and secure. Unfortunately we don't have use of the dumpster but I think that maybe a corporate issue; otherwise I'm pleased with the overall experience.

The local Pine Street U Stor is well kept and well managed. I have had two renting experiences necessary for 6 month to one year rental of unit(s) six years in between. Movers have been able to easily drop off and pick up belongings.

We have been in several different units over the years. Gloria is a fine manager and her husband has helped us many times with our basic needs.

The place is kept clean and there is a Manager on the premises all the time. You can get to your unit 24 hours a day. Definitely recommend it.
