Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

This visit was a family get away to see a different part of South Carolina, away from the coast and see the Blue Ridge Mountains, along with Greenville.

Hotel was in a great location of a 5 minute drive to downtown Greenville, 10 minute drive to the airport. The hotel has been updated, extremely clean, lots of restaurants in the area, and great breakfast. Pool was great, a quiet place to relax, and all the staff was great.

Staff was great, they gave me history of the Greenville area, places to see, and helped me when my son's flight was delayed 8 hours.

Only downside, my bicycle was stolen when I chained it up, but this happens everywhere.

I will be coming back, we had fun, relaxation and a memorable time due to Best Western.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. We had a late check in with no issues. Our room was clean, no noise issues. The overall hotel was clean and updated. The breakfast had a lot of options and the staff made sure it was well stocked once items ran low. There is a $150 deposit for incidentals but that was explained prior to booking so the charge was no surprise. It’s refunded after your stay. The pool hours are 8a-10p. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was well cooled with the air conditioning unit. I would stay there again.
The bathroom had some comestic issues but it did not negatively impact my stay. The baseboard around the toilet needs repaired and there’s something going on with the ceiling in the shower.

My family and I have traveled to Greenville SC on several occasions. This, by far, has been the best place that we have stayed. Customer service was prompt, courteous, and very professional. The entire place is nice and clean and smells amazing inside of the elevator. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were large, and the shower pressure was amazing. They also offer a hot breakfast bar, which the food was amazing and kept well stocked. I would highly recommend staying.

Staff was wonderful and breakfast was great. Thank you Paro for checking us out and being so friendly, you're amazing. Enjoyed the pool last night too! Room was very nice except our refrigerator didn't keep the coldest. Oh well, all else was great!

My stay at the Best Western was thoroughly enjoyable. It’s definitely a 10/10. I made a reservation for three nights.
The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff made it a great experience. It's only a 10-minute drive from the airport, depending on the time of day. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

This was one of the best places we stayed on a recent trip over the eastern US. Quiet and peaceful every night. Pool was comfortable. Breakfast was good and tasty. For the price we paid that was well below hundred, I feel like it was an awesome deal.

The work associates, ease of parking and breakfast area is outstanding. The desk workers very helpful. Great place. However I locked my bike outside to a fence and it was stolen.

Great location with very clean rooms. I will definitely stay here again if in the area again. Good, hot breakfast with an espresso machine in the lobby. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Convenient location to interstate and not far from downtown.

This was a wonderfull hotel. The room was very nice, the bed good. The bathroom very nice and the shower perfect, even the waterpressure was perfect, you really could have a nice shower. Good towels.
The Pool was neat as well, just like everything in the hotel was clean. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was really very good.
We had a wonderful stay for 3 days.
The only thing I could recommened is to use refill bottles for the soap and shampoo like in another best western plus we stayed at.
The hotel is near the highway, that can give some noise when you are at the poolarea. It is not so close to the center of greenville.
All through out the hotel there is also some nice art on the walls.
Parkinglot is big and for free.

We had a long road trip and this stay by far was the best location we spent the night at. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional, the room was nice and clean and the Continental breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again!

I have no qualms about this hotel and the rooms! I wish the pool was open but it is outside and seasonal, which is totally fine! The rooms are what we expected. It is quiet, in a good location, and offers breakfast for FREE.

The rooms have a nice TV, a desk, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), safe, hangers, etc.

The shower is handicapped accessible. The doors are glass and they're lined with slate/tile. Bathrooms are spacious as well as the rooms.

The hotel provides really nice lemon scented toiletries. They are made by pharmacopeia and are made with aloe vera. Natural and nontoxic with the benefits of aromatherapy. Lotion needs to be applied a few times IMO.

Plenty of free parking, handicap accessible parking, rooms, and entrances.

Free continental breakfast! They have the name brand Greek yogurt, eggs, sausage, bagels, English muffins, cereal, industrial Keurig, FILTERED WATER SPOUT, fresh fruits such as apples, oranges, bananas and more!

The front desk people are so friendly! I think the hotel was awarded the top 5% in 2020 or 2021.

Not PET FRIENDLY BUT Service Accepted. Not a huge area to take the dog potty but that's alright.

Lots of food and conveniences in the area.

I stayed here two days and it was really nice! The employees at the front desk are so sweet and attentive. The inside and outside of the building is really nice and looks recently remodeled. The room was very clean and comfortable , the bathroom oh my god it was just great. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job

The best service and experience

My second time check in BW Plus in Greenville, Still give me a good experience and surprise service. The stuffs are very friendly and kindness. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is spacious, fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, safe, ironing board and iron, I can't believe I paid for a two-star hotel and enjoyed it like a four-star hotel.

It is worth mentioning that the hotel provides 24-hour coffee beverage service, there is my favorite vanilla mocha coffee and hot chocolate, free breakfast is very rich and intimate.

There are shortcomings, such as elevator operation and the room's water pressure and sound insulation, but this is not enough to bring down the overall feeling.

Really convenient location. Front desk employees and cleaning staffers were so nice. I like the way they remodeled the room and bathroom. My room was clean, the sheets smelled fresh and bed felt nice and comfortable. It could be better if the shower towels were bigger.

I always enjoyed my stays here. I've booked reservations here at least 5 times in the past year. Front desk staff was always very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Best hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. We have a family of 5 with 3 teens. We had a one bedroom suite and it had 2 bathrooms! Lots of room. It made our overnight stay very relaxing for all of us. Staff was very nice and breakfast was very good. We will definitely choose Best Western again.

Nice hotel, especially for the price. The check in was easy and the employees are really polite.

This was the first time staying in a BW, and I was not disappointed at all. My husband is disabled and has a hard time with mobility, therefore I was so pleased when we were given a room right next to the elevator. The room was nice, comfortable and very clean. I only wish I could have spent more time in the room, but I was there to celebrate Mother's Day with my mom. I will definitely stay here again. My husband enjoyed the breakfast, however I'm vegan so I only had fruit and coffee.
