Parking: Parking can be difficult to find so add the planning time to your schedule.

This is truly a great place for food and to hang out watching the games on their multiple screens. The open wall/ceiling adds a nice ambiance to the place. I highly recommend the pub burger and the spinach dip. The service was impeccable. Would definitely dine here again.

We bike here almost every weekend. Love the food selection, especially the salmon, Cobb salad and harvest salad. The service is fantastic. Our favorite bartender Michelle is amazing! She is attentive and prompt in getting drinks and food and does her best to ensure you are well taken care of. The upstairs bar with open air seating has a fun vibe and a great place to catch whatever game is on that day.

Was enjoyable. Got there right as they opened. Great job all things considered. Staff was friendly helpful. Food was on point. Smash burger and fish and chips. Fresh hot Thank you. Over +$30 two plates and waters.

Not normally a place I frequent however on this occasion we came in and were met with great warmth. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience after receiving phenomenal service from top to bottom. I utilized the elevator and was greeted expeditiously by several staff members which was a great start. Our beverages were perfect and the ribeye was a marvelous medium rare, would definitely recommend to others. Knowledgeable and friendly staff will have me returning very soon. Thank you all for making it a memorable evening.

The outdoor bar area was super nice and the food was delicious!

This is the perfect place to stop and get a bite to eat or a flight. Luckily, the full menu is available during full business hours, so late night eats are an option. The tenders are fantastic and the flight is a great price.

I truly enjoyed my dining experience! I was greeted and seated by the store manager and her hostess. All Very friendly and welcoming staff from management on down! I had an Awesome server who gave Amazing service by the name of Jacari. He was very knowledgeable about everything that I was interested in on the menu. Although from time to time I like to try and order new things on the menu, I just ordered the chicken tenders and fries only, no slaw. I asked for the chicken tenders not to be cooked hard and they came out Amazingly BEAUTIFUL! If I had a thought about it beforehand I would have took a picture, but by the time I thought about it I had eaten them all! They were that good! They were very Tender with a slight crunch and Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!
Although parking can be a bit of a problem at times, I would definitely recommend this place to others. 6/6/24thurs.

Carolina Ale House is always a great spot in Downtown. Rooftop bar area, great for sunny days. Live sports. Great bar and drinks area. Excellent food, which is reasonably priced. Love this place!

It's a sports bar but it's a very good one. We could not decide on a food genre so ate here for the variety. Food was great. They have a retractable roof which was open on our visit.

Ate here the other day with my boyfriend and the sweet girl ensley took care of me! She was so attentive, caring and accommodating! Such a sweet girl with great service! Will definitely be back very soon!

As a first timer I immediately fell in love! Jacarri is the absolute best waiter that I have had in years!! His ability to reccomend items on the menu and they be EXACTLY what I needed was nothing I’ve ever experienced! I will be back!! The food is top tier!

Popped in last night and met a great bartender named Paris. She was super attentive, funny, and efficient. Food was fantastic I will definitely be back!

Just moved to Greenville and came to Carolina ale house. Food was good but best part was the redheaded bartender Paris! Never met someone so on top of it and polite, will 100% be back!

I, Nicholas Olson… moved from Tuscaloosa, AL and have had the best of the best experiences at Carolina Ale House because of Paris, Michelle, Emily, Bama, and the rest of the bartending crew. Shout out to all the servers, and managers as well!! They’re honestly the best spot in downtown Greenville!

I have been coming here for about 6 years, and have never had a bad experience ever! Very reliable bartenders with amazing personalities! The food is great, and the drinks are on point! I highly recommend stopping in to this fantastic restaurant/bar!

I’ve visited this establishment many times. Always love the food and bar! Alexus is great and always gives the best service and makes the best drinks. One of my favorite places to go in downtown. Definitely recommend!

I moved here from South Africa had no idea what was going on. Came into Ale house and I met Paris "best bartender ever" she made me feel so welcome and told me the go to places of Greenville. Since we met I've never left! Ale house is the best and my favorite bar in downtown Greenville. People say I'm going to get married here cause I'm just always here! Anyway that's my story! The staff at ale is amazing and Michelle is also a very helpful friendly bartender!! Thank yall!!

Excellent food, service and view! We had the chili and French onion soup as appetizers and then shared garlic parm wings and fries. All were great, but the wings especially! It was a fairly cool afternoon and sitting upstairs in the open deck was absolutely beautiful! Pate was our server and he was fantastic. Even though he was training, he was on top of everything. We will definitely return before our Greenville trip is over!

Great place to gather with family or friends. We went for grandsons birthday and they accommodated our group of 12 with no problem. Great service 👏

Alexus has been our bartender several times. We continue to come back because of how great she is. She always has a smile and happy to see us!!!!
