Publix Pharmacy at Hillcrest Shopping Center

Just moved to Spartanburg. They were so helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred from Tennessee and even filled one prescription right away. I also received a shingles vaccine in a timely and virtually painless manner.

Been using this location to pick up my Medicine.. They are very nice and always so helpful.and they alway have our meds ready. I pick up for me and my husband. Just will continue to use them.. Great Customer Service.

Great place to shop for speciality select food items. Produce always fresh and customer service is top notch. Cleanness of store is up to par and restrooms were impressive as well. I do my best to avoid public restrooms because it is Hard to find them supreme and well kept.. This store surpassed the inspection and my expectations! I was extremely impressed with Hillcrest Publix that I will continue to drive 30minutes beyond nearby competitors just to shop here.

It takes to long to get your prescriptions even when the pharmacy tells you the time to come and they still have anything ready when you get there.

Went to pick up my medicine and one of the ladies at the front desk was so mean to me and hateful. She had no right being that way toward anybody. Will be finding another pharmacy soon

After changing managers about 2 years ago, this pharmacy has gone down hill. I refill on line. My refills had run out. They never contacted me. I ran out of medicine. Since it was the weekend, I could not get a new prescriotion until Monday morning.
Previous manager always contacted me.
Not the first time something like this has happened. This pharmacy SUCKS.

The pharmacy app was giving me problems. I called the pharmacy and who ever answered said she couldn’t help me to contact customer service. All I needed was my sons medicine.

Because of situations like this, is the reason why the Covid spread is higher everyday. They make it so complicated for everything.

My wife took her prescription in tonight and asked a simple question about it and was treated very unprofessionally by the manager. We used to live on the Westside and were very happy with the Publix at the intersection of Reidville Road and Highway 290, so we drove over there and were very satisfied with their service. I recommend everyone else do the same. Avoid these folks at all costs !

Do NOT recommend. Lots of pharmacy options - will pick another one from now on.

Pharmacy is terrible, nothing is never ready ,even if you drop it out the day before u still have to wait if u want your medication..there can be 5 people back there and u still have to wait in line and then its possible not ready..it has been like this since the all the other pharmacist left and went to the Duncan location,id rather drive to duncan..its reduiclus..
