Luna Rosa of Mauldin

Thank you Luna Rosa for a great Father's day ambiance! Our server Anthony was amazing and very friendly. This was our 1st visit to this new found gem in Mauldin as my amazing husband and father loves Italian food and with their Gelato added twist this was our go to this year for his father's day feast!!

The stuffed mushroom appetizer was great and the cabonara and Scallops Ala Romesco was excellent. Star of the night was the tiramisu dessert ******

The food is delicious we really enjoy is a little over priced but it worth it maybe once in a while we can have the privilege to eat there since we are a big family, the service staff and inside atmosphere was really nice we will come back soon

Such a good place! The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the portions were huge. And of course the gelato was amazing.

The service was OUTSTANDING!! I got the mozzarella medallions and chicken parmigiano and both were delicious. The spaghetti sauce could be a little less acidic and the items are a little pricey but overall was very pleased. We will definitely go again.

Had to leave a review— my husband and I live in Mauldin and have passed by so many times. We decided to try out Luna Rosa tonight and.. WOW. Our server was so friendly- another server and the owner checked on us frequently. The food was.. absolutely stunning. I consider myself to have a fine palate (I know, snobby sounding) but I love food and I love to cook. I was so amazed. The drinks were top notch- we also had the pizza rolls (don’t let the basic name fool ya!), carbonara & sherry four cheese ravioli (heavenly), and the cannolis.. exquisite. I will definitely be going back and I can’t wait to take my family to this gem when they come to visit. :)

Awesome food and atmosphere! The last time I had been to Luna Rosa was years ago when it was just a downtown gelato shop. It was a real treat to try some of their food offerings. We weren't sure what to expect with Pop's Pizza Roll, but it was delightful. We took advantage of the $10 lunch sandwich special and had some yummy paninis as well. And don't forget about the gelato! Looking forward to having a drink at the snazzy bar there soon!

Hidden gem in Mauldin. Great Italian cuisine. It's hard to find really great thin crust pizza. They nailed it.

I like just about anything that's served here and the wait staff and the kitchen staff are awesome keep up the good work yall

Staff here are all wonderful ... ask for Kayla as she is extremely attentive and her recommendations were absolutely delicious ... FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My family and I have been here about 5 or 6 times and it has always been a great experience.

I’m finally leaving a 5 star review after last night because I ordered a Lasagna that was not on this locations menu as of yet and it took longer for whatever reason.

Without me having to complain, the waitress, the manager on duty, and manager/owner/singer all took care of me and comped the meal. (We just paid it forward to the band)

And to top it off, it was some of the best Lasagna I have had in a long time. It was definitely worth the wait.

The live music on the weekends is also great because it’s one of the few places my wife and I can eat with out toddler son where he won’t get bored and we can have an enjoyable night out.

And the place does not even make you feel like you’re in Mauldin, SC. It could easily be a nice restaurant in a downtown of any big city.

We were a party of four and had a great time! The server was very pleasant and the food was fantastic with lovely presentation. We really enjoyed the musician and it made our Friday night so very special. It was a much needed happy experience and we can't wait to go again!!!!

The restaurant is beautiful. It is decorated with black and white art work depicting New York bridges. Casual and elegant at the same time.
They have an extensive beverage menu. I got a ginger beer with Jameson whiskey and it was delicious.
The food was outstanding. They make their own mozzarella, so we had to try it. Excellent. The pasta was perfect. The meatball was huge. My family members loved it.
The Gelato is to die for. I tried the chocolate velvet and the strawberry. I would go back just for that.

The food here is AMAZING! I had The Milano, and it was not heavy like you often find with a cream based sauce. The bread was fresh and hot. And the Gelato was OMG delish! I haven't had Gelato this good in years. We eat out all the time, and this is the best meal we've had in forever. My new favorite place for Italian!

Excellent service. We dined on our anniversary and the food was as good as it gets. Nice atmosphere and good recommendation on the wine.They just do things right.

Excellent! I ordered by phone. Spoke to Brandy who was so friendly and accommodating! Then
Picked up my order curbside. My friends loved their salads and Panini. I ordered the soup - which was delicious! Thank you for a fabulous lunch!!

The food is amazing! This is my second visit and everyone loves it. The live music is the icing on the cake... Please give them a try, and you will not be disappointed...The food is absolutely to die for...Had the Chicken Masala and also the Filet Mignon and they were scrumptious....The cocktails are also delicious and mixed just right ✅ 😋 👌 😉

Best restaurant in Mauldin. Been there twice. The Gelato is amazing and reminds me of summer in Italy. My wife had the Cafe D'or flavor and I had the smores. Both were great. The pizza is excellent. My 5y.o son and I stopped by for lunch one day and we loved it. Staff is very nice and there is live music on the weekend. Nothing bad to say about Luna Rosa and as a Mauldin resident I'm happy they chose us as their second location.
