Excellent stay cannot wait to come back The staff was wonderful especially the chief engineer on the property he is overall good at what he does you could tell he really likes his job the staff was friendly and ready to help and breakfast,breakfast was a hit

Good experience here, one of the only good hotels in the northern Greenville area, everything else is pretty much a dump. Good breakfast and clean room.

Hotel location is central to dining, shopping, night life and is still tucked away enough to get the peace and quiet you may need. Property well kept inside and out and the staff was attentive to my needs and other guests I saw checking in or asking questions. Loved the breakfast and the all day coffee. Business center area was perfect for my needs, outdoor pool was great, I felt safe at all times and slept well in the comfy king size bed. Room size was perfect and the shower was awesome. Will be staying again whenever I visit this area.

A great experience overall, beginning with check in with Brandi, she was very professional, pleasant and courteous. I am very thankful she was able to help/ get my reservation sorted out. (Their was a slight mix up initially). Cory and Leo were also very helpful in getting me changed to my king room. Miss Theresa at breakfast, was very hard working. These staff members who I interacted with were always so pleasant and very eager to assist in whatever way necessary. Loved that very much ❤. An amazing part of my vacation.

Staff was super nice and kind when arrived. The room and hotel were clean and the food options were great.

GREAT N PLEASANT SMILE N PERSONALITY, SHE NEED MORE THEN ONE CHECK BECAUSE SHE DOES MULTIPLE JOBS, WE NEEDED SOME MORE TOWELS N THINGS N AFTER SHE FINISHED CHECKING PEOPLE IN N OUT SHE CAME ALL THE WAY TO THE 4TH FLOOR TO OUR ROOM N BROUGHT US SOME WITH A SMILE. Manager was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival.
The room was spotless and quiet.

Stayed here 2 nights and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The man who helped me check in was kind, and helped me get my room keys right away so we could go and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

The front desk,staff and breakfast was great as well, we moved here from Florida and stayed three weeks off and on, recommend them highly, Taylor was exceptional

So happy to have HIE here. I have family in the area and in the past the choices for the area weren't that good. Exceptional is the best word here. From cleanliness to customer service, everything was awesome. A big thank you to Amina for her help. Now I'm looking forward to future visits!

Room was clean, front staff were welcoming and breakfast was delicious. I would gladly stay here again. Conveniently located off of Wade Hampton so it was easy to get to downtown Greenville.

The room was pretty large in comparison to other Holiday Inns that we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and there are a couple of food/coffee options within walking distance. The bathroom wasn't super clean but overall I'd recommend a stay here!

Loved this place. VERY clean, incredibly comfortable bed, great breakfast, very nice staff. Nothing negative to say about this hotel at all. The bed was AMAZING!

We stayed here while visiting family. The room was clean, the personal were very friendly and our breakfast was great.

Nice 3 year old hotel convenient to Greenville, travelers rest area. Very comfortable beds and pillows, quiet HVAC unit. Blinds on window keep out almost all light.

Impressed with the new Holiday Express. Room and Bathroom were clean comfortable. Upgrades like walk in shower leather chase by the window. Good smell and great lighting which is important to me. Service was friendly and efficient. Location was perfect. Only 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. So great value for this location and better then expected decor and amenities.

Stayed for nights, the hotel was cleaned and staff was also nice. I will like to give a special thank you, to Teresa from the breakfast area.
She kept the breakfast area very clean, she make sure there was always food on the containers. The best part she will be smiling all the time. I will definitely come back to this hotel
