Urban Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection

This hotel is well worth the price!! Picked it out because it was the cheapest with decent reviews online. I felt like I hit the goldmine when I walked in because it had so many amenities I want expecting. Free breakfast, large mini fridge (I know it’s an oxymoron but it’s twice the size of most hotels), coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and a microwave. I saw an earlier reviewer complaining about this but just saying the deposit is only $100 and returned in full after your stay…. I’ve never stayed anywhere with a deposit lower than $100 so not sure what they’re talking about lol
And as long as you don’t damage anything, you get your money back. It was nice to get my deposit back without having to dispute an incorrect valet/concession charge (which always happens to me for some reason)

Just as nice and had more amenities than I what I got when I stayed at the super expensive PGA resort in Florida….

I booked this last minute for a trip to Greenville and after seeing the rate, I booked it and hoped the reviews were true. They were!!

It’s a few minute drive into downtown but that’s why it costs what it does. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The complimentary breakfast was what you’d expect and the dining area was just as clean as everything else.

It’s just half a mile from Methodical coffee and the Community Tap on Wade Hampton. Easy to drive or walk. Not the prettiest walk but walkable no less.

My only complaint is the memory foam mattress. I don’t care for them at all but for the room rate, something I was willing to suck up for.

I was a little skeptical once I pulled up, but upon being greeted and shown to my room, I was put at ease. The roomkeepers are so sweet!!! I should've thought to tip them before we left. They're very respectful, even quietly came in the give us fresh towels while we slept. They checked on us everyday, with a smile. The front desk is great as well. Smooth transaction, and they're super friendly. I'll definitely be staying here again! Clean rooms, no nuisances. I didn't partake in breakfast, but it looked good!

We are staying for one night and are very pleased with the whole experience. The gentleman at the front desk is so friendly and patient. Our room was just fine. Clean, orderly and spacious. I am sitting at their breakfast as I write this. Hot and fresh. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, juices and so on. We will definitely stay again.

You can spend $400+ in town or less than $75 a night here. No issues with our stay. I’m glad to have the extra $$ for items in town.

My stay was Awesome the beds was comfortable, The room was cleaned up nice and smelled good and the manager was professional, he represented this hotel the right way. But the lady at the front has a very nasty attitude. But other then that I give you guys a 5 star

In town for the Lauren Daigle concert. Great little hidden gym, comfortable beds excellent water pressure in the shower. Newly renovated rooms.

Great place to stay boosie on a budget!

Loved this place! Stayed for a weekend and omg the location was PERFECT! 5 minutes away from everything!! The hotel grounds and room were very well kept and clean! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely stay here again!

What a great hotel! Very clean and relatively inexpensive. The rooms are modernly decorated, and the mattresses are memory foam. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown. Nice breakfast, too! Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, muffins. Couldn't ask for more! We will stay here again, for sure! 5 stars!

Very nice location. Clean, safe, friendly and they make sure people take care of their rooms. Very nice facility. The do charge a refundable deposit of $100, even of you book online but as long as you take care of their space you get it back. We're about to check out and room 115 was great! Thanks so much UBH!

Room was super clean and comfy bed! Great for what we needed it for. My daughter had a dance convention and this hotel was super close to the convention at a way better price! Shiv was so sweet and helpful, he gave great advice on things to do in the area! Breakfast was great! Recommend if you need a place to stay for a quick trip!

Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds and seating, has plenty of plugs for electronics, etc. Kurig coffee maker, iron and board,hair dryer. Remodeled bathroom with beautiful walk in shower, modern toilet flow master with top button water saver quick flush. Barn style door for bath. Beautiful room and great amenities, low prices. Great breakfast bar. Enjoyed it.

Our stay was excellent. The frisbee golf section of a local park is a few steps away from the backside of the hotel. The room was clean, decor super charming, and staff was nice. Like someone mentioned before, the bathroom doesn't lock but the barn door style is very cool and isn't a deal breaker if you're in a room with family. We plan on staying here again next time were in town.

5 stars solely for the fact the shower head was above the 6ft level so I didn't need to contort myself to wash my hair. Room was clean. The sliding door for the bathroom is cool, but not very private as it sits like an inch off the wall and the one bed has a clear view through the gap to the full length mirror that reflects the rest of the bathroom. But that's generally not a big deal as you'll know who you're staying with.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. It is a basic hotel room and it served its purpose. If you need a place to sleep and grab a shower this is it. The price was excellent. My only suggestion would be better directions on how to use the coffee machine in the room. If I ever find myself in Greenville again I will book another stay here.

We always stay here, when finishing up our work assignment. It's always clean, always comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. The grocery store is minutes away, and the downtown is also super close. Overall, a nice play to call home in Greenville.

This place is phenomenal, the front desk was super friendly and helpful, delicious hot breakfast, great price plus the AMAZING shower and full bathroom!! You will not be disappointed when you stay here. God bless you and make your travels safe

A hidden 💎! I didn’t get the chance to interact with everyone or partake in the breakfast but my family and I stayed because we had a fire in our apartment building and no where to go. It was clean, prompt hskp service and no bugs in sight during my stay. I was impressed!

Extremely clean, comfortable and updated rooms with cold AC, great beds and really lovely staff. This hotel offers fantastic value in a convenient location and you can tell that the owners really put their heart into revitalizing this motel and welcoming guests to the area. Would definitely stay here again.
