My daughter gave me the most beautiful roses for my birthday, I had to ask where did they come from, the aroma was pure heaven, the flowers have lasted a week and I have enjoyed them so much, they seem to be great quality roses. Thank you, you made my birthday so nice.

I called today not knowing what I wanted. Ted kindly answered every question I had & I had several. When I arrived at the funeral home, I was so pleased. In fact it was the friend in front of me that remarked what a beautiful arrangement it was. Then I saw our names on it. Thank you so much Ted. I will be a repeat customer!

This is my first time using this florist. All I can say in a word is exceptional. My wife said they're the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received. Couldn't be more pleased.

My mother used Nature's Design Florist in Waverly for many years, from traditional cut flowers to home decor.

Very recently my mother passed away. I immediately reached out to Ted for the pall arrangements. When I saw the pallI I was overwhelmed, it was beyond beautiful. The flowers were fresh, colorful and beautifully arranged. In addition, he placed 8 little birds perched on willow curls to represent Mom's grands and great grands. It was perfection. Ted is amazing, easy to work with and the results are nothing short of spectacular.

Ted handled the flowers for my Aunt's funeral, all the flowers were ordered over the phone with the instructions very simply being here is the dollar amount, we want a casket spray and two arrangements for the church, please handle it. We stopped in the Friday before a Monday funeral and found Ted to be extremely personable and he told us he would come in on Sunday to prepare the flowers.

Everything was delivered as promised, the arrangements were extraordinarily beautiful.

Nature's Design is the best florist in Waverly, TN.
Their arrangements are beautiful with fresh flowers. If you go in and describe what you are looking for, they will create an arrangement that will not disappoint. You can even tell them about the person they are for and they will help you pick the perfect arrangement.

I have ordered from here consistently since 2009. Love- love- love their designs and the personal touch they always add. I have never been disappointed as I have from the others in town.

Terrible, rude; "Order from another Florist".. Person on 09/08/2012 09:35..

I would like to preface this review by saying that my family and I have been patrons of this florist for many years. The owner of this store creates beautiful arrangements. That said, beautiful floral arrangements mean nothing when the owner lacks the kindness and social graces needed when servicing the public.
I am extremely upset about an incident that occurred today when my mother went to this florist to purchase an arrangement for a funeral. My mother was inquiring about the types of flowers and greenery (filler) this florist currently had in stock. She asked to see these items, especially one wax flower because she didn't know what it looked like. The florist became upset with her because she wanted to see the product she was purchasing. Isn't this normal....to want to see a product you purchase? He proceeded to say to my mother, "quit being such a b_ _ _ _." My mother, who was very upset at this point, said goodbye and walked to the door to leave. The florist then proceeded to tell my mother to "get out of my store and don't come back." What kind of shop owner, who is providing a service for the community in which he lives, would behave in such a way? I will tell you what kind of person behaves in such a manner........a pompous, arrogant, maniacal, disrespectful, foul-mouthed, egotistical narcissist!!!
This shop owner will no longer be patronized by my family due to his blatant disrespect towards my mother and his refusal to provide a service for which she was willing to pay. Obviously, he does not need our business. If leaving a zero star rating for this business was available, I would certainly be giving it just that.....ZERO!!!
Don't waste your hard-earned money on someone who truly doesn't appreciate your business!

My mother in law called this florist to order flowers for my grammas funeral, the owner Ted answered and was very rude. He said he had already been to the funeral home that day and refused to deliver the arrangement. He asked her why didn't she place the order online, she had tried but it didn't go thru. Her words to describe him were rude, snippy, and arrogant. I would not recommend using this store for any occasion but especially for a funeral.
