Very helpful and friendly staff, can get a little busy sometimes. Cody(sp?) Is an awesome associate and I was thankful for his assistance and the answers to my questions (which I had a lot of.)

Travis has always been friendly and helpful in the past. After upgrading to a 14Pro this Spring I kept experiencing battery life issues. I tried everything & could not resolve the problem on my own. Suspecting a bad phone, we returned to Travis who verified that what I was experiencing was not normal and a new 14Pro was shipped Next Day to me. Travis went beyond what Apple was willing to do in Nashville. The new 14Pro arrived and (touch wood) the battery issues are solved.

My father had passed away and had a Verizon account I went to the store with all the proper paperwork to have it shut off and was expecting it to be a hassle. Let me tell you it was not the two ladies that helped me couldn’t have been any more helpful and understanding of my situation and had me taken care of in less than five minutes. This level of customer service is rare.

Employee Austin Williams changed my bitterness toward Verizon due to past in-store experiences. Previously and differently staffed, other employees at this branch had told me my issue was not able to be smoothed, and shooed me out the door. But today, Austin Williams was able to fix my issue in less than 20 minutes. He kept calm, assured me of his help, and smiled through it all. THANK YOU AUSTIN WILLIAMS. My phone works again!

The agent with whom I dealt, Travis, was very helpful, friendly and professional. Though I'd bought my phone at a different store, he was more than happy to help me activate it. It only cost $1.16, and I joked "You're killing me financially!!" 😂😂 I could tell by observing the other agents they're very friendly and professional as well. I would definitely go there again.

Sean Patton gave me EXCELLENT & EXCEPTIONAL service yesterday. He was thorough in his explanations and restored my faith in this store. I had endured a horrific experience last Fall with a former employee. As such I hesitated to go there yesterday. Sean restored my faith in this branch.

Clean tidy and even smells clean. Went in to fix my phone from not authenticating it took maby 2 minutes with someone training. They were fast nice and did the usual can we get you anything else deal.

I went into the Verizon retail location in Cookeville, TN.. The staff were extremely courteous in helping me find the exact phone that I needed and did at No Time try to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive phone than I needed. It was a breath of fresh to have sales personnel that I felt like looked after my needs. I "HIGHLY RECOMMEND" recommend that if you are in the cell phone market that you seriously consider choosing Verizon. They have cell phone plans that can accommodate any budget. I want to take this opportunity to sincerely say, "THANK YOU", to ALL the staff at the Verizon office for ALL their help. I now have a cell phone that well exceeds the needs I have and I could not be happier.

This place is always busy, buy they work hard to get you in and help you as fast as possible...Josh was great. Very helpful, and funny, too! He got us taken care of in just a few minutes. Thanks Josh!!!!
