Gaston Family Pharmacy

I was missing a prescription that I really needed and he came all the way from his family's house on Thanksgiving to make sure I had that medicine! I am very impressed with this pharmacy and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Gaston Family Pharmacy staff are friendly and very helpful. They have that personal care for their customers and will do everything possible to ensure that you have your medications on time every time. I've never had to wait for a prescription for more than the next day service. I highly recommend this pharmacy

I go monthly to pick up my prescription and this is a very friendly pharmacy that strives to give you the best service possible.

Gaston Pharmacy is a *fantastic* pharmacy. The individuals are extraordinarily friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, kind and unlike the big name corporate ‘national chain’ pharmacies, they take the time to learn your name & are always very welcoming each time you walk in the door.
Regarding the 2 things people care about most in terms of their pharmacy, Gaston Pharmacy seems to be [1] less expensive than other pharmacies and [2] they are unbelievably efficient/fast when it comes to filling your prescriptions – on average (in terms of my experiences), upon dropping off a new batch of prescriptions, they consistently manage to have all of them filled & ready to go in approximately 5 minutes (no, that’s not an exaggeration).

I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy for each of the various reasons I listed above & more – 5 stars without doubt.

On 3/26/2019 my husband showed up to get my medication refilled and the pharmacist was leaving he was already outside of the store when the pharmacist went back in and filled my medication. I want to say a big thank you because you went above and beyond for your customers. I am very blessed to know that I am with this kind of pharmacy. Thank you so much for taking the time to go back into the pharmacy and filling my medication when you had already locked up and was ready to go home. You are amazing people. I have been going to the Gaston Family Pharmacy since my wife and I moved back to the Gaston/Swansea area about 2 years ago, and we could not be more pleased. They remember who we are, and one a few occasions my wife was running late and they offered to stay open so she could get my medicine and my mother-in-law's as well. I love going to small town local places, I cannot stand big chains that just make you another number. Thanks Gaston Family Pharmacy.

Wonderful family friendly pharmacy. They know you by name and remember you when you come in. Love being a person rather than just a number. Get mine and my daughters prescriptions and over the counter needs here.
