Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa NE - Claremore, an IHG Hotel

I reserved this room last minute. When I arrived the staff was amazing and welcoming. I woke up next morning and realized I had forgotten some main essentials (Toothbrush and Hairbrush). The fort desk helped me out with the items needed. Very sweet no additional charge. They turned what could have been the start to a bad day, great! Great service, great room and very clean! Could not ask for more. Appreciate the staff very much! Thank you!

This Holiday Inn was a vibe. I dug it. Driving cross country you end up in some weird spots, but I like Holiday Inn Express because they've built fifty million of them in the last five years, they're always clean, and they're always friendly. Good night's sleep.

My Mother , Bonnie Rhine, and her cousins from Kansas City were in town for a visit. Every time they came to town they would stay here. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as accommodating keeping us all comfortable the entire stay. The rooms were great, the breakfast was awesome and the general manager, Ann, was her name was on top of everything! She takes good care of her staff and the guests. Best General Manager ive seen in awhile. Great place!!! Sarah J

The staff was very efficient and did their best. It was very obvious they are short staffed but working to keep the guests comfortable. They did run short of towels due to guests holding them in their rooms. Again, they created a workaround. Bravo to the staff,

Really great service! Staff had some obstacles, but they made the guests comfortable. Lots of restaurants around and walmart in the area. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Will stay again if in the area.

The service was wonderful and the manager Caitlyn is very helpful and attentive to guest and needs. Housekeeping does a great job on making sure the rooms are clean and that the guest get clean towels and supplies as needed for a wonderful stay maintenance has been so attentive to our needs as far as the pool being heated even when the pilot light keeps going out they stay on top of it to make the pool a comfortable temperature. Kenneth and Brenda always have fresh coffee and a hot meal waiting for you in the lobby they always make the food tastes great and fresh. The facility lobby and bathrooms are always clean and the crew always goes above and beyond to accommodate guests.

Very clean and well managed. The manager was kind, smart, on it.
Definitely will stay here next time I'm in town.

People at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They provided good information about places to visit in Claremore and the surrounding area. The rooms were clean, the breakfast good, and the very nice lady who cooked the breakfast did an excellent job.

Excellent staff, nice quiet place to sleep. Indoor pool. We stayed during a tornado outbreak, barely heard a thing, very safe even in 100 mph winds. Staff was very assistive.

This was a great place, location ( right behind a Walmart ) and otherwise.
Wonderful breakfast, they have an indoor pool (we used it, although it was very cold) .
24 hr gym we used (not so impressive but doable) .
Overall I would definitely come back!

Awesome staff, extremely friendly and committed. True service heroes. Great rooms, all clean and very good breakfast. The only hotel during our 3-week-holidays were we felt really welcome as guests and not just as paying customers. Dear manager of this hotel: the ladies at the front desk on 08/20 in the evening and lady at breakfast the next morning deserve appreciation and a pay rise.

The stay was seemless, nice staff, better than average complimentary breakfast, clean room - all my needs were met + I was very comfortable. I traveled with 2 small dogs for a dog show and that all went well.

We are always pleased with this location, we've stayed here over 10 times in the passed 4 years. The front clerks are always super helpful, full of smiles and always apologetic if you have to wait behind someone. The breakfast bar is always clean, fresh food and sweet workers constantly restocking items. Rooms are always clean and well stocked with items. We book a stay here every time we are in town.

Every time I've been there it's always been great customer service staff and all their excellent. Rooms have always been clean never had no issues same if I had my dog there's never no issues. Ms. Cindy R. As long as we have a race at the expo there I will be there every year in the fall. Your welcome and Im only being honest. Your staff for the past 3 or 4yrs have always been more 5han hospitable and a lot of fun to kid around with.

Stayed here for 3 full days. The staff was nice and friendly! Breakfast was good with lots of choices from pancakes, omelets, sausage and bacon and biscuits and gravy, to fruit, yogurt, cereal, and pastries. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and a nice place for kids to run around and get energy out! Right by Walmart and B and B theaters that have reclining movie theater seats!! Lots of fast food options and sit down restaurants near by! If you are looking for hotel in this area of OK, I highly recommend!

Stayed here on and off for the past 3 months while checking out relocation station. The staff is tops. The owner or manager of this hotel is truly blessed to have such a great staff. They made my wife and I feel at home during this stressful time. Rooms are clean and quiet. The blinds block out the outdoor light for a peaceful sleep. We will be staying there an additional 2-3 weeks until our house is ready even though we could have went somewhere less expensive. Well worth it. Great job!

Satisfied overall. Nice room, bathroom, water pressure, microwave & mini fridge in the room. Front desk folks very pleasant. If I've to say anything as room for improvement : water drained very slowly in the tub.
