It was okay, but the food was absolutely delicious! I have no idea on why there are so many bad ratings when I would come back here everyday!

AMAZING! She went above & beyond and everything was delicious with my guests which included 3 Young Men who were hungry! One said he'd forgotten how good KFC was! Thank you Tracy & KFC!

Everything was so good and the lobby was very clean. The employees had very good hospitality. I feel like me and my husband will be coming back soon.

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: Ordered their new nuggets dinner which also came with a beverage, side, and biscuit. It was tasty. The restaurant was clean with a friendly staff. Will visit this one again.

Service was very fast and friendly! We were told in advance about a wait on part of our food, and our food was obviously fresh cooked!! Dine in is served "to go" style, which reduces cleaning work--smart idea! BEST KFC experience in the last year at ANY KFC restaurant!

We went through the drive through. So we didn't eat till we got home. But the chicken was extremely tender, juicie and the flavor was awesome every piece was cooked to perfection.

Came to Claremore for work and had a craving for some chicken. I tried this KFC location and food was great. I got a bucket because I like to keep extra chicken to snack on at night; chicken were fresh & hot. Service was very friendly and even though there was a line, things went pretty quick. Great food, great service. I would highly recommend this KFC location.

I love eating at KFC their food is well fixed & hot. Their new chicken nuggets r the bomb. To me they r better then McDonald's & Hardee.

This was my first time eating at this KFC...so glad that I did...the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The employees were very friendly and professional. We had to wait a few few minutes for fresh potato wedges which was fine with us....eveeuthing we order was fresh! I'd highly recommend stopping in for a bite or grabbing dinner to go!

This trip was excellent, my order of 50 hot wings was ready within 3 sec of my arrival. I gave them an estimated arrival time and my wings were fresh as could be!!!

Bartlesville Oklahoma has the best buffet in a five-state area. Great service and quality food. It is very sad to see some people come in and order the buffet fill their plates with more food than they can possibly eat and then have the gall to go and ask for a go box. Obviously they cannot let you fill up buckets off of the buffet to take with you. Some people ruin it for everybody

The food was fresh and good the staff could have been a little more friendly . I will go again

They need to fix the pothole at the drive through. Everything else is good.

Came in right at opening and was wanting chicken, the girl said they weren't quite open yet, but I was able to place my order anyways! Very helpful young lady

the drive thru worker was so nice she called me pretty and the famous bowl is so damn good.

Love the staff at this location. Food is hot and fresh. If I ever have a problem the manager goes above and beyond to make it right.

OMGosh the fluffy light biscuits were everything! Best I have had in a long time from a fast food place. Chicken was good too.
