Absolutely love this place! You cannot go wrong no matter what kind of dought craving you have ...so delicious. Always friendly service and happy people. I try to go every time I'm in the area or passing through.

Stopped here today after a last minute visit to cookville, after reading the reviews. The guy who helped me was super friendly, told me about the donuts and which were the most popular. Great donuts!!! Would definitely come back on my way through here again!! My family was pleased! And talk about how good they are!

Serious cheat day for this!!! lol!!! I go through Cookeville almost every month on my way to see family but actually found out about this place from an Instagram post a fan made. Talk about a treasure!!! I’ve seen some disturbing things about the owner’s personal views but I try to keep that stuff separate and decided to try it anyway. And it did not disappoint. I was with two other people and the person helping us was very patient. We ordered about six kinds of donuts and shared them all. We all agreed the butter twist was the best but they were all super fresh and delicious. They had sold out of the cinnamon rolls but I imagine those being really good as well. The atmosphere was cozy. There were stools at the counter but it’s a small place and felt like a movie set. It’s obviously a very old building but it seemed clean and well cared for inside. There is some charming outdoor seating and a drive through window, both great options depending on the weather. I haven’t had a chance to go back but definitely will and highly recommend it!

What a cute local donut shop with a dinner decor. The staff is very friendly and kind. They have a large variety of donuts. We got the vanilla coconut, lemon and jelly. They were delicious.

Ralph's Donut Shop is the best donut shop! The donut holes are amazing. I have tried them all over the country and no one does them like Ralph's. The iced raisen bars are my husband's favorites along with the chocolate cream filled donut. I have tried most of their donuts and have never been disappointed.

My mom took me here while in Cookeville. Very good donuts. Don't think there's a bad choice in the bunch. Friendly service. Very nostalgic atmosphere. The drive through was lined out into the streets and the counter was full of people. Got to be doing something right. And they're open late. Closed Sunday & Monday though. Would recommend stopping if in the area.

These are the world's best donuts, in my opinion! Since it was bought out by the original owers/ operators, nothing but the service, & price has changed. They still make the world's best donuts, but they're not as welcoming as the past staff! No one says,"Wecome to Ralph's, what can I get you?", as soon as you walk in. Parking at times is rough, due to nearby construction. We'll worth the trip just for the donuts!!

First time I was ever there. Loved it! Selection is tremendous! The lady helping me was so kind, I wish I knew her name. And the donuts are fantastic! If you are ever in Cookeville, you have to check this place out!

Waited only a few minutes this morning in the drive-thru lane, but it was worth it! Breakfast biscuits are fresh (suggest ordering two), with a caramel toffee coffee for my sweet tooth. Did I mention the apple fritters are large enough to share?!

We stop at Ralph's EVERY time we're in Cookeville! The donuts are made FRESH all day & are absolutely DELICIOUS! I HIGHLY recommend the chocolate cream filled, glazed twists, Boston cream, & the jelly-filled donuts!

The biscuits and gravy are not your average kind. They're one-of-a-kind!

The donuts are also different in a wonderful way: perfect combination of soft, just right sweetness, and size.

What a lovely neighborhood gem. We are from out of town and a local recommended we stop here for some treats - so glad we did. We got two sausage, egg & cheese breakfast biscuits, which we devoured, and a half dozen donuts to share: maple glazed, vanilla sprinkle, strawberry w/cream cheese icing, red velvet w/cream cheese icing, sour cream and lemon filled w/lemon glaze. All were moist and very flavorful. The staff were so warm, welcoming and efficient and the prices were FANTASIA!

Delicious donuts that are as good as Krispy Kreme! Nice staff and appreciate the quick service at the drive thru.

It was such a pleasure going into this bakery that has been here since 1962! We even had friends meet us there this morning to share with them! Seeing all the repeat customers coming in was so wonderful!

Have been coming here for a year now since we moved up from FL. We absolutely love it. It’s the best donut shop we have ever found. It’s a small shop but they crank out A LOT of donuts. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It’s pretty cheap too for a dozen! We will always come back and enjoy while we’re here!

Who doesn’t love a local hole in the wall (no offense) donut place... we just happen to be in town to work out at CrossFit Mayhem and wanted to take the kids and rest of the group breakfast back on the houseboat. We choose an assorted 2 dozen donuts 2 apple fritters, and some flat pecan sweet thing I couldn’t remember what is was. (But be sure to get it) we showed up and were welcomed immediately by a swarm of kids eating with their parents to the left, and the regulars drinking there coffee on the right. We stepped up and placed our order. If we are ever back near this place we are for sure going back. Please stop in and help this place stay a landmark. It will be worth it.

I found this place while searching while staying in Cookeville. I went later in the evening, so the selection was limited. However, what I got was great! I had red velvet. My wife had the chess squares which she said were great! I'll have to go back earlier in the day when the selection is larger!
