Val's It's About Time

Wife picked up fried onion burger for us today at lunch, just right !! Very tasty and fresh !! Thanks Val's !!!

Amazing steak!!!!! The owner was so kind and he came around and talked w his customers the little waitress was really kind to we had a great time

While in Altus, Oklahoma, we passed Val's a few times thinking to ourselves, "We should stop there and check it out."
And we did.
And we were not disappointed!
Service was terrific, food was excellent, ambiance was interestingly eclectic, and Scot, the manager, was a gracious host. (Thank you for the wonderful conversation, Scot...much appreciated!)

Val's is a must-go-to in Altus. You'll be glad you did!

First time stopping in loved that the owner Val was there chatting with everyone. Food was delicious drinks were made just right! As always I like to scope the bathrooms and they passed with an A+

First time coming to Val's. Staff and patrons were extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent. The wings are the best in Altus and the carolina reaper sauces is the hottest in town.

My favorite restaurant in Altus! I worked here 10 years ago and enjoy it as a great gathering place with friends and family. Looking forward to some live music soon! Scot, Val, & and the entire team know almost everyone that walks in by name and always greet you with a smile and great food and drinks. This is a staple of the community! Try the fried pickles or anything on the menu. You can’t go wrong!

If you haven't been to Val's it's about time, then what in the hell is stopping you!! I don't know where to start the food is off the chain and service is awesome. If you play your cards right you may even get to see Mamma Val. Scot and his family have worked very hard keeping it running for us, so lets do our part and keep her running for them!!

The food was piping hot and delicious. A laid back and friendly establishment. Our waitress was new and messed up a few times. I won't hold that against her or the restaurant, everyone has to learn the ropes😊.

This is a fun place with very friendly staff and other customers. Say hi to Val who still works there. Super great customer service and great burgers. They have a happy hour, 2-6 pm each day. Closed sun and Tues

If you're looking for the quintessential American Pub with traditional and delicious pub fare EAT & DRINK here! Val may serve you, her son makes the best burgers (evah!), AND by the time you leave you'll have new friends. One more thing... if they recommend that you try Joey K's when you're in New Orleans...they know what they're talkin' 'bout!

The Philly steak sandwich is delicious..the waitress was very friendly..will definitely come back, the atmosphere was wonderful..

We have small children so dining in isn’t always an option for our family and, unfortunately, ordering food to go doesn’t always prove to be successful but our experience tonight was absolutely, 100% unanimous satisfaction! We ordered meals for 2 adults, 2 children and an appetizer, total cost was just over $40, totally reasonable for dinner. We drove from Blair to Altus to pick up and then back to Blair and every meal was still hot when we arrived home. Everything was DELICIOUS and we are all stuffed! If this kind of service stays consistent we will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you!!!
