Bryce was excellent.Thoroughly explained everything for me when upgrading my phone and getting myself a new tablet. He broke down my current bill and showed me what it would look like to go to new plans and showed me how switching would be a better price point than staying with the current plans I had. Wonderful experience overall.

Staff did an excellent job taking care of my family. Even though we were there to see a specific sales associate, everyone chipped in to make the process as seamless as possible. Bryce and his coworkers did exceptionally well, especially with upgrading 4 phones. I saw Corey the following day and he broke my plan down line by line and was able to save me around $100/mo. Corey, Bryce and other staff are knowledgeable and are there for you! 10/10 recommend!

Wish this Verizon store was closer to where I live.Gracie was completely amazing. Went in to pay my cell phone bill and she noticed I was paying quite bit for just 2 lines.She did some modifications and I'm now saving 69 dollars month on my bill.She went above and beyond her duties and is definitely asset to this store she definitely deserves a raise!!!

Corey was an absolute lifesaver in helping me activate my replacement device I received via Assurion. I was unable to activate my new phone after hours of attempting on my own, and was tremendously frustrated when i arrived at the Verizon store. Corey was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, working the better part of an hour without complaint or delay until the issue was resolved. He also recommended a great phone accessory that I had searched for but had been unable to find elsewhere. I'll definitely be referring others to his service 10/10
